We've used Thompsett before as they are one of the few that can manage a large Fiat based motorhome (Fiat commercial main dealers tend to be a waste of time for this stuff). Ownership has recently changed hands but I'm happy to say that the quality and helpfulness of the team remains at the same high standard. A niggling problem with the turbo that two Fiat garages couldn't resolve has now been fixed and it's like driving a new van. The bill for the fix was less than Fiat charged to tell us they couldn't find the problem.

Recently started storing the motorhome at Medway Bridge Marina so wanted to find somewhere close for some work and MOT, rang around and got a recommendation to Thomsett, now H&F. Friendly staff and kept informed of progress. Decent price, very happy, well done team, I’ll be using them from now on 👍

Sent them a few images of my scratched/dented wheel arch and got a reply with a quote in less then an hour later. Called to book it in and was told it could be done next day; amazing! Had my Mercedes bumper resprayed here after it received damage in a car park, the paint match and finish was as good if not better than factory! Steve and the team did an amazing job fixing the scratches on my car. Admittedly I was slightly apprehensive about using them at first, as I previously had a bad experience at another body repair shop in Sturry. Also, the quote was a lot lower than other places which got me wondering why, but thankfully these worries were unfounded as the car now looks good as new! They were also very quick to finish the job, as I was initially told 2 days at first but it was all done within 24 hours as they had some extra resource on the day. Note that they only accept cash or bank transfer, so be ready to settle payment at their office once done. I'd definitely use them again in the future, thanks!

There was a knocking sound in my EU vehicle and I was worried as I was heading off to the top of Scotland. Called the garage and they fitted me in within a couple of days and sorted quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Whilst I live locally I travel/drive often and have never used this garage before. I've been using RP for the last few years as they always do a good job at a fair and reasonable price. They were able to correct a long running issue that the Ford main dealer was unable to rectify. The staff are friendly and I have always found them to be very trustworthy, which is not always the case with other garages. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a water leak issue with the rear vents in my Ford Focus Mk III (2017) causing water ingress into the boot. The initial contact with the guys at Auto Jobbs was great, both via email and telephone. A rough estimate was given and I was booked in quickly. They were transparent with the pricing, and explained the breakdown of costs once the work was completed. My first time using them; they were decent, friendly, and dependable. I'll definitely use them again if I need work done in the future.

I had a problem with a smoky van, and it seems it may have had a dodgy engine map installed before my ownership. Under the guise of Kent Tuning they installed a new map and cured the problem which had been evading me for literally months. Would whole heartedly recommend and will use them again myself in my car repair business. Top job, top guys, decent price!!!

Took in Ford fiesta for repair due to leaking coolant. Issue was Diagnosed quickly..I then wanted to use warranty as just bought car, which brought up some issues.. these guys gave me some advice on how to deal with it, and eventually the work was paid for by dealer i bought car from... thankful for your advice. We broke down as we were about to board the ferry at Dover. J S Autoworks were recommended and saved our holiday by replacing the master cylinder on the clutch the next day. Andy came to meet the recovery truck after hours and was incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout what was a stressful time. They had ordered the part before we even got the car there and carried out the work efficiently and finished by lunchtime which allowed us to get on a ferry 24 hours after our original booking. Amazing service and really friendly people too. Highly recommended.

I booked my car in for its MOT and the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. During the day there were a few issues that came up with car. Lou kept me informed of these including the replacement tyre which both herself and Jon went to great lengths to sort out. Jon also sorted out some other problems that needed to be taken care of. Honest and knowledgable. Been taking my 07 Plate Fiesta here every year since 2020, for MOTs, clutch and brakes... Tom has been exceptionally patient with my beligerant Berlingo with a shopping list of faults, and with me and my ADHD diagnostics style getting in the way when I really should just stick to the marine engines I'm trained on. Can't recomend or thank him or his team enough.

Came in for help with a puncture. They were busy on their first day back after christmas, with reduced staff. But I had my puncture fixed in 25 minutes, and it cost me less than twenty quid. They were incredibly friendly, particularly the lady at reception, who really cheered me up after a pretty miserable day. It's a busy place, with people who seem to come back time-after-time. It also seems to be a place where people like working, had that vibe. Got my car booked in for a service next week. Highly recommended. Since had my car serviced with AAK. It needed more doing to it than an interim service in the end (two front tyres at the chord, scored brake discs - so pads as well). But they used the specific oil I asked them to, to keep Kia's stupid 7-year warranty happy. All in all, I'm poorer, but happy. I'll definitely be going back.

Turned up at ten to five on a Friday afternoon as my Audi had acquired a high pitch squeal, the guys came out and within 10 minutes identified the problem, was able to book it in for the Saturday to be sorted. Staff are amazing and very helpful and polite and the service excellent. I can highly recommend this company
