Booked in to have a new tyre fitted and two of the other ones swapped on their rims. I requested the air pressure I wanted but was told that they are obliged to inflate to the pressure detailed on the sticker on the door post. Unfortunately, they still managed to inflate all three to 14psi less than recommended which I discovered when I got home so I had to go back out and inflate them properly. Not ideal. Other than that all good.

Our motorhome broke down in France six months ago and had to be transported back to the UK, once a transporter driver was finally found (two months later.) It was taken to a main dealer in the area, who messed us about for another two and a half months before finally saying they couldn't fix it. A friend told us to try Thompsett Kent and we're so glad they did. Friendly, helpful, completely professional, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and did the repair in two weeks! Called the garage and they fitted me in within a couple of days and sorted quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Whilst I live locally I travel/drive often and have never used this garage before. I've been using RP for the last few years as they always do a good job at a fair and reasonable price. They were able to correct a long running issue that the Ford main dealer was unable to rectify. The staff are friendly and I have always found them to be very trustworthy, which is not always the case with other garages. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Right before the ferry to Dover our car decided that it had enough. Luckily we managed to get onto the ferry, and AA got us to Trustytec, as it is right next to a hotel and restaurant, which made it very easy for us to deal with this unfortunate event. Apparently our water pump needed to be replaced, and Ryan and his staff at Trustytec couldn't have been more accommodating to this rather stressful situation. We decided to have the full checkup done as well. Every detail and prices where talked about up front, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our car ended up running smoother than ever before. So if you are ever near Dover in need of a trustworthy garage, just go here and you won't be disappointed 🥰

Got an MOT here last year as my usual garage couldn’t fit me in. So I was a bit nervous about going here but after my experience with the guys at Trusty tec I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very good and don’t try to overcharge you. Everything is explained in detail. I’ve now been in for a service and other jobs with my family’s cars that have cropped up. I don’t think I will go anywhere else. They have lots of drinks to keep you hydrated should you choose to wait. 5star service. Keep up the great service guys 👍

What can I say. From Ed at the desk to the technicians pulled a rabbit out of the hat. They are a credit to there profession. I don't stay in Dover in fact the other end of the country in Caithness.
