I have been stung by buying cars online before, so when I needed a new car, I was cautious, but it was easy from start to finish with VFM. Went out of their way to ensure that they got a part and fitted it same day to pass the MOT. At the same time they did an interim service that was very good value for money. The staff are pleasant, professional and polite. They also sell cars and if you part exchange your vehicle they will give you more for your car than you'd thought possible. They have looked after my sister for 10+ years now and she has nothing but praise for them. Finally, if you book a service or MOT in advance you can also book a courtesy car at no cost. They do manual and auto courtesy cars. They are small runarounds and all they ask is for you to bring it back with the same amount of petrol as when you left. So, highly, very highly recommended.
