Popped in at lunchtime today as my car was making a funny noise whilst on the move. After a short test drive the fault was diagnosed. Amazingly they said if I left it there they could fix it today. Brilliant service. My only issue was my own embarrassment as I didn't think about them getting the wheel off with the wheel nut....my boot is currently full of assorted stuff.....bet it was a challenge to find it!

I've been a customer of Mark Hannam and his staff for many years. I've always found them polite, friendly and helpful. Today was no exception: good service as usual. I certainly recommend them.

Had my car serviced today. Excellent service. Polite staff, honest and did not overcharge me for parts i do not need unlike the main dealers. Dropped my car at 8.30am was ready by 1pm. It's my 3rd time here, can't praise this garage enough.

About a month ago, I visited this garage to see if my car needed servicing, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me know that I didn’t need a service since I hadn’t driven the car much, saving me from spending unnecessarily. Then, just last week, I had to bring my car back in because of a battery issue. Once again, their service was outstanding. They ran diagnostics, identified the problem, and replaced the battery all in the same day. I also mentioned a squeaking noise from the brakes, and they checked it thoroughly, reassuring me that everything was in good condition. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and resolves matters quickly. I had an ABS and Brake warning light come on simultaneously with my BMW. He diagnosed it quickly as being low brake fluid. This saved me a lot of time and money not having to go through the main dealer for diagnostics and remediation like the message that popped up on the dash suggested I do. I will be using Alex again for all my automotive needs!

Alex is a top guy. Had an issue with my car, booked me in for the following day and found the problem within 10 minutes. A solution was found and the problem was dealt with. My car is now running as it should be. I would definitely recommend this garage for car repairs or modifications.

Brilliant service from Danny… Highly recommended & I will definitely use his services again, when needed! Whilst driving my new golf, all of a sudden, I had a EPC & Traction light come up & then it lost power. I found Dannys details online as I needed a mobile mechanic & he was great… he drove to me & had a diagnostic kit with him, he was very polite & diagnosed the issue whilst explaining what the issue was… he then drove my car back to his garage to be fixed & gave me 2 options of how it could be fixed + the prices. Danny went out of his way again to drive the car back to me the next day once it had been fixed. (Saving me the hassle of getting a taxi to collect it). The car has been fine ever since 😁🙌. CW Autos just fixed a broken wheel stud that was a straight forward 30 minute job and only cost £30! I went to Formula Autos in Horstead originally and they said they it was a "big job" requiring "new wheel parts" and gave me the usual dirty BS tactics you expect from these big chain "mechanics". Honest, trust worthy, no nonsense mechanics and deserving of all the success and business they get. Spot on!

I called this garage on Saturday, was told even though they were fully booked, they would find time to see me, knowing I was slightly stressed. I arrived within the hour, my car was seen within 15 minutes and taken for a test drive, then promptly booked in for the following Monday. From the moment I called the garage to the moment I picked up my car, the service has been amazing. Polite, informative and very calming! Thank you so much. My sons exhaust needed some attention and the kind lady on reception managed to squeeze his car in for repair and the work was completed within several hours of the initial phone call. He loves engines and all things car related, his passion and enthusiasm can be seen in his own vehicle (a custom Mark 4 golf). Saw an S-Max they had advertised. Arranged appointment with Jason. What a genuine guy. Felt comfortable with him and no pressure to buy. Sorted us out with a new MOT and a service. Had the timing belt done at their garage prior to collection. Like most, buying a used car can be a minefield, but he looked after us. It's no Rolls Royce but he made sure we were happy, advised us on any questions we had and wasn't pushy. We took their warranty for peace of mind. A real pleasure to deal with. Went to Formula One Maidstone for them to check out a noisy exhaust. They examined it, found no problem with the exhaust, but found a pipe knocking against the exhaust panel. They put rubber washers between the pipe and panel to stop the noise AND MADE NO CHARGE for this. Excellent service.

Needed 4 new tyres and tracking done. Prices looked good so all booked in. Tracking was seized and after some time I was asked to bring car back on another day when more time available to workshop. Did so and all sorted. Manager was helpful through all. No issues would certainly go back.
