Had my car serviced today. Excellent service. Polite staff, honest and did not overcharge me for parts i do not need unlike the main dealers. Dropped my car at 8.30am was ready by 1pm. It's my 3rd time here, can't praise this garage enough.

About a month ago, I visited this garage to see if my car needed servicing, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me know that I didn’t need a service since I hadn’t driven the car much, saving me from spending unnecessarily. Then, just last week, I had to bring my car back in because of a battery issue. Once again, their service was outstanding. They ran diagnostics, identified the problem, and replaced the battery all in the same day. I also mentioned a squeaking noise from the brakes, and they checked it thoroughly, reassuring me that everything was in good condition. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Andy at Reeds is the most honest and decent mechanic I've come across. He has repeatedly saved me with my cars over the years and I've never found a cheaper service anywhere else. When he isn't able to help with a particular issue then he is always able to recommend someone decent who can, or advise me if I'm being ripped off by someone elsewhere. Good value, quick and effective service, really knowledgeable and a lovely guy who wants to help!

Amazing guy, after being ripped of by another garage and them claiming all this stuff was broken that I knew for a fact that it weren't. He quickly gave me a next day appointment, done a thorough check and found no issues and pass it there and then. If it weren't for this guy, I would have lost a lot of money. 100% Recommend.

My 2004 Lexus is200se needed it's annual MOT, but mostly in London the minute you cross car repair/MOT thresholds the pound signs begin rolling in their eyes. The estimates they quote you are eye watering! I'm so glad I drove towards Swanscombe, the village I grew up in. Great service! Rocked up on a Saturday without an appointment, with oil coming out the engine. Had no space at that point so got us back 90mins later. Rolled straight in, straight over the pit and had a look. Even though the engine bay was covered in oil, worked out quickly that it was the filter coming loose. Fixed there and then and said to get a change and clean in a few weeks. Can’t thank them enough and will be back for that oil change!

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and resolves matters quickly. I had an ABS and Brake warning light come on simultaneously with my BMW. He diagnosed it quickly as being low brake fluid. This saved me a lot of time and money not having to go through the main dealer for diagnostics and remediation like the message that popped up on the dash suggested I do. I will be using Alex again for all my automotive needs!

Alex came highly recommended by local people, so I gave him a call to fix my car that was overheating. He was booked out, but as a favour promised to get the job done next day for me. My friend used a mobile mechanic to replace the front shock absorbers. Straight away afterwards the ABS light and 2 other lights came on the dashboard. After 3 return visits the mechanic failed to rectify the problem. The car was then taken to Bull lane garage. Within an hour of having the car the problem was found. They fixed the same day without any issues. They seemed to be a busy garage and it is understood why. If you need a job done properly then I will highly recommend this garage to everyone.
