I called this garage on Saturday, was told even though they were fully booked, they would find time to see me, knowing I was slightly stressed. I arrived within the hour, my car was seen within 15 minutes and taken for a test drive, then promptly booked in for the following Monday. From the moment I called the garage to the moment I picked up my car, the service has been amazing. Polite, informative and very calming! Thank you so much. CW Autos just fixed a broken wheel stud that was a straight forward 30 minute job and only cost £30! I went to Formula Autos in Horstead originally and they said they it was a "big job" requiring "new wheel parts" and gave me the usual dirty BS tactics you expect from these big chain "mechanics". Honest, trust worthy, no nonsense mechanics and deserving of all the success and business they get. Spot on!
