Passing through Petersfield on Friday afternoon whilst on holiday, and a warning light came up on the dashboard. I was really concerned as I had a good few miles ahead of me. I did a google search, found this garage which had good reviews and I simply turned up. I was seen straight away, a diagnostic check was carried out and the problem was fixed. Wasn’t even there for 30 minutes. Very very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for rescuing my much awaited holiday!

Took our car to a garage to get the lights adjusted but they told me they couldn’t be adjusted, would be an mot failure and needed two new headlights, we took the car to Rogate garage who promptly reset a sensor adjusted the lights and it was all fixed ! Really fantastic customer service! My car was in a minor car crash and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating! Car was booked in at a time which suited my needs, they had it for 8 days and it looks brand new! along with hoovering the front of the car :) The ladies behind the reception desk were very helpful and friendly - Not sure her name but I collected my car today and she was lovely! I have been a satisfed customer of White Rose for about 10 years getting cars routinely maintained. Today I received outstanding service. This morning, a fault lit up on the dashboard. I called White Rose and spoke to Leigh who managed to get same day availability to investigate if I could bring in the car. I managed to do this as my car was driveable, and then was amazed to get a call an hour later to confirm the fault was diagnosed and fixed.
