We were made very welcome by all the staff and did not feel any pressure at any time. A test drive of our potential purchase was organised quickly and without any fuss. Upon agreeing to buy the car all the paperwork was handled very efficiently and a date for collection arranged and honoured. The staff at the Norton dealership are incredibly helpful and friendly. Whilst my motorcycle was being MOT'd in the workshop, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I used this opportunity to peruse the variety of beautiful machines in the showroom and forecourt. And on top of that, a decent cup of coffee, too.

The whole experience of choosing then purchasing our new car was brilliant. Both Mark and Keith were very friendly and professional.
