Called in today Fri 31st Jan,warning light came on ref tyre pressures.The operative said he'd look at it right away.Well pressures on all wheels done he went through with me how to reset.A first class customer service,highly recommended many thanks. Tim

Had a slow flat on a tyre that had just been replaced after a recent MoT elsewhere and a suspected stone caught in another wheel, stopped by on a Saturday morning and they were super helpful, we left the car and they had fixed it an hour later. Great customer service, thank you!

Popped in today due to having a blow out on my way to my driving test. The garage was very busy but they got me sorted out really quick so that I could make my test sadly I failed but these guys are top guys for getting me there in time.

Took my car to Merityre's at 2pm today. Explained front two tyres needed inflating regularly, perhaps with slow punctures. Aaron was very helpful and said bring back at 4pm, will be sorted by 5pm. At 5pm I returned, and Aaron said they'd checked both tyres and they just needed the valve casing/fitting replaced. I asked what I owed him for labour/parts, and he said it only took 15 minutes and there was no charge. I tried to pay something but he refused! Simply fantastic 'car service' and also 'customer service.'
