Refreshingly honest, friendly and responsive. I tried AutoMatt for the first time recently - booked in online for MOT and service, plus a few things that my last garage said needed doing but I hadn't gotten round to. Got a text back straight away to say they would service and then check the extras I mentioned in case they were still ok. On pick up, the friendly guy on the front desk (possibly Justin?) gave me the full run through -- said extra bits hadn't needed doing and why. He asked about my usage and advised I could get away with monitoring easily, for years in one case! Pretty stark difference to my last place, I'm impressed. Definitely coming back

Absolutely brilliant garage. Not used before this and was being ripped off and told none sense by other garages in the area. Came across Auto Matt and they talked total sense with their wealth of experience on my car issue….VW transporter EGR. They were very reasonable on price and booked me in quickly. They have done a fantastic job….very very happy and will use again 💪👍

Every time I go there they do something that is just so above and beyond what you expect to be good service. The lady on the reception is also amazing, super helpful and friendly and accommodating. Their prices are competitive but the service feels like you should be paying more. Love this place

Auto Matt is the best in Hampshire Justin is super helpful and super friendly The team are really nice and always deliver. I have taken multiple cars to them very honestly and will only tell you what needs doing.fair prices for the service they provide and will go above for any customers. Couldn’t recommend them enough if I could do more than 5 stars I would.
