The guys were super helpful with repairing my Golf when I took it in after leaving the sunroof open through a big rain shower! They didn’t push anything on me and gave me plenty of options around price and the ongoing functionality of the car. Really good team and really efficient service.

Wow, what a fantastic service.! Ian was very friendly and helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable. We booked a test drive and he popped in (on his day off) to make sure we were happy. He took plenty of time thoroughly explaining the workings of the vehicle on collection. The car came with flowers for my wife and he called me the next day to check all was good. I have been a satisfed customer of White Rose for about 10 years getting cars routinely maintained. Today I received outstanding service. This morning, a fault lit up on the dashboard. I called White Rose and spoke to Leigh who managed to get same day availability to investigate if I could bring in the car. I managed to do this as my car was driveable, and then was amazed to get a call an hour later to confirm the fault was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks for getting me up and running again before lunchtime. Amazing!
