Really fantastic customer service! My car was in a minor car crash and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating! Car was booked in at a time which suited my needs, they had it for 8 days and it looks brand new! along with hoovering the front of the car :) The ladies behind the reception desk were very helpful and friendly - Not sure her name but I collected my car today and she was lovely! All in all a fantastic service and brilliant repair work - so well done to the people who did the repairing! Will certainly use again and possibly look into using them for my company as well. An outstanding repair to all 4 rusting wheel arches on my old Saab. New wings are very hard to find and the quality of repair by Fix Auto Petersfield is exceptional. James kept me informed with photos to confirm what work was needed. All my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. Customer service and quality of repair second to none, thank you James.
