Honda Hybrid car service and MOT successfully completed. Having recently undergone ankle surgery and wearing a heavy boot (unable to drive) I provided a 4 week notice so my car could be collected and returned the next day. Excellent service and attention to detail.

Just moved to Petersfield so needed a reliable garage for my car service. Other reviews were positive and deservedly so. Did a great job- full service and Mot for my Audi and provided a guide of items that would require follow up but with no hard sell attached. Only challenge was finding the garage first time as it is tucked away in the industrial estate and the last unit on the right as per sat nav instructions

Every time I go there they do something that is just so above and beyond what you expect to be good service. The lady on the reception is also amazing, super helpful and friendly and accommodating. Their prices are competitive but the service feels like you should be paying more. Love this place

Refreshingly honest, friendly and responsive. I tried AutoMatt for the first time recently - booked in online for MOT and service, plus a few things that my last garage said needed doing but I hadn't gotten round to. Got a text back straight away to say they would service and then check the extras I mentioned in case they were still ok. On pick up, the friendly guy on the front desk (possibly Justin?) gave me the full run through -- said extra bits hadn't needed doing and why. He asked about my usage and advised I could get away with monitoring easily, for years in one case! Pretty stark difference to my last place, I'm impressed. Definitely coming back

Absolutely brilliant garage. Not used before this and was being ripped off and told none sense by other garages in the area. Came across Auto Matt and they talked total sense with their wealth of experience on my car issue….VW transporter EGR. They were very reasonable on price and booked me in quickly. They have done a fantastic job….very very happy and will use again 💪👍

Honda showing Emissions warning. White Rose put in on test identified the issue as an oxygen sensor ordered one and fitted all for little more than main dealer wanted for just the test. Brilliant service all round.

Really helpful guys. Gave me a loan car to use while my car was being repaired. The manager (Eathan?) kept me informed every step of the way and the total cost came in at less than what he’d originally quoted. Nice to find an honest garage that’s fairly local.

Popped in today due to having a blow out on my way to my driving test. The garage was very busy but they got me sorted out really quick so that I could make my test sadly I failed but these guys are top guys for getting me there in time.

Took my car to Merityre's at 2pm today. Explained front two tyres needed inflating regularly, perhaps with slow punctures. Aaron was very helpful and said bring back at 4pm, will be sorted by 5pm. At 5pm I returned, and Aaron said they'd checked both tyres and they just needed the valve casing/fitting replaced. I asked what I owed him for labour/parts, and he said it only took 15 minutes and there was no charge. I tried to pay something but he refused! Simply fantastic 'car service' and also 'customer service.'

Had a slow flat on a tyre that had just been replaced after a recent MoT elsewhere and a suspected stone caught in another wheel, stopped by on a Saturday morning and they were super helpful, we left the car and they had fixed it an hour later. Great customer service, thank you!

I had an amazing experience, I drove in at 9am on a saturday morning without an appointment, they were able to look at the car immediately, they diagnosed the TMPS failure, they have lot's in stock so were able to replace it there and then, and I was on my way within 30 mins, with the warning light reset, so no annoying beep anymore! Very competitive price - I highly recommend!

I had a problem with a "Space Saver" spare wheel. It needed a new valve, not the most exciting job. But they were so customer focussed, they ordered the new valve and as soon as it was available fitted it and let me know it was done. Perfect. This was all sorted with a very friendly customer focussed approach and at a fraction of the cost the main dealer quoted...Thank You 2U Tyres

What a great service I’ve had from 2U Tyres today! I’m a private hire driver and dropped a couple at a cruise terminal earlier all the way down from Cambridge. Upon spinning round to return home I got a dash warning of low tyre pressure so googled them, made a small detour off my route back and the guys there had the puncture repaired, (caused by a broken Stanley Knife blade) and me back on the road in 20 minutes. My car is my work tool so important to me and they even put the bang on correct PSI back in the tyre. Brilliant service, highly recommended.

Called them from Bournemouth (where I live) To help my stepdaughter who was stranded near them. They were very helpful, went to her and had her back on the road in just over half an hour

The people here are fabulous, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Our van broke down on a Saturday lunchtime, despite being passed their closing time they answered the phone ✅️ and the great service carried on from there. They agreed to wait until we were towed to them so they could secure the vehicle for the weekend ✅️ When we arrived they were on standby to help us empty our luggage 🧳 and put it in the office so that it wouldn't get wet if it rained ✅️ They allowed us to wait whilst family travelled to rescue us ✅️ They agreed to look at the vehicle that week and try to get us under way by the next Saturday (our deadline)✅️ They actually looked at it on the Monday and provided a quote ✅️ Van repaired and on the road by Friday lunchtime having fitted in 14 hours of labour ✅️ Guys you are totally brilliant, thank you for saving our holiday travel plans. I'm truly grateful.

A local reliable and respected garage. I needed an engine oil and filter change for my car. After easily booking in over the phone, I dropped the car off the morning of the appointment and waited for a call. A few hours later, I got the call to say the car was all ready to go. I would recommend this garage and I’ve already booked my MOT in with them as well. I try and support local businesses and this one I would recommend to anyone.
