My van broke down in petersfield on my visit down from Wales where I live. I found Shane's number and he was kind enough to come straight over as he just happened to be around the corner . He found the problem, told me what I needed to do and I was mobile again within 10 minutes with the knowlegede of how to get it fixed permanently.
