Stopped here as my tyre had punctured just down the road. Had never used this garage before but I will deffo be coming here for any futures problems with my car. The guys were beyond helpful and very friendly. They arranged a new tyre and fitted it for me all within an hour. It’s clear these guys go above and beyond. I am so thankful to them and could not recommend them enough!! 5 star service!

First time we have used this garage and it won't be the last. Booked our car in with a broken drive shaft. We used LRS to tow it there, and Downton service station mended it promptly the next morning. Very polite and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service! I required a HUGE amount of welding done on my VW T4 van. ABS fitted me in last minute and completed the work in a day. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job for a very very good price. I cannot fault them at all and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Its often hard to find a garage you can trust to do good honest work at a reasonable price and this garage does exactly that. Thanks to you all for your help in getting my old rusty van through its MOT!

Matt and the team at Beaulieu Garage have been fantastic. We hired a classic car (a Jaguar E Type 2+2) from their collection for our Wedding and the result was perfect. Matt was extremely conscientious and kept us up to date every step of the way. The car was in pristine condition and was obviously very well maintained, even after 60 years. The car was explained very thoroughly and made driving a vintage car for the first time very relaxing. I massive thank you to Matt and Beaulieu Garage for adding to our perfect day.

I got a taxi to Brockenhurst station and accidentally left my bank card in the back of the cab; my driver, Sercan, was brilliant - he brought it to me on the station platform so I wouldn’t miss my train.

My elderly father stopped by because the brake light on his Mercedes had stopped working. He was hoping to buy a bulb and fit it himself but instead the staff very kindly did it for him with no charge! This sort of good natured, friendly neighbourhood garage is rare these days so I will definitely go back whenever my car needs anything.

Top class service! Blackcircles.com let me down and asked me to reschedule. This was unacceptable as I had planned to be near this garage on Friday. I cancelled my Blackcircles.com appointment and booked with the garage direct. Same tyre arrived next morning and fitted. Very happy customer who will be using this garage as default.

I asked Best Garages for a quote, to replace the cam-belt, tensioner and water pump, on my Skoda Yeti. They were £150 cheaper than the quote I'd been given (!) by the garage that normally does the servicing etc on my car, and they managed to get me booked in within a week, which was much sooner than the other garage too. I also asked them to take a look at the brake discs and pads, as they had been mentioned during the recent MOT. Today they fitted the new cam-belt etc and I have just collected the car. The brake discs and pads are fine, for now, apparently, and the cost of the cam-belt work was as the quote suggested, right down to the last penny. I'm very happy! Thanks to the team at Best Garages, Lymington. Keep up the good work, and I know where to come, when the discs and pads need doing.

After the theft and recovery of our BMW R1250GS, we contacted Ben R in service dept to fix the damaged steering lock and he was very helpful in explaining the process of needing a coded replacement steering lock. As we were about to commence a 3 month European bike trip, Ben and Matt in the workshop worked wonders to have the coded lock ordered, delivered and fitted in extra quick time to have us back on the road 3 days after the bike had been stolen. I booked my BMW in for a recall over the phone with Balmer Lawn Motorad, the service advisor took my details and sorted the booking in a friendly and professional manner. When I arrived at the dealership I was dealt with by a service advisor called Sophie. She dealt with my promptly, professionally again. I was given an estimate in when the bike would be ready and also told of the coffee shops and other places of interest were in walking distance. Whilst having a wander around the showroom I got chatting to Mamil ( one of the sales staff) who showed me a few bikes which ended up with me road testing one of their Royal Enfield demonstator bikes. Once again, they way I was dealt with was a great experience. This was my first experience with Balmer Lawn Motorad and it was a very positive one and won't be the last.

I had driven past this fuel station a few times, when trying to avoid the heavy traffic in Brockenhurst, caused by the railway level crossing. So I decided to pop in and fuel up on my way to work this morning, and what a really pleasant experience it was. The forecourt was clean and tidy, the pumps and handles/nozzles were also clean (which is a real change from most places) and the shop was well organised and well presented. I was greeted by a friendly and smiley lady (sadly I didn't get her name) who was quite chatty for that time in the morning. The price of the fuel was also very competitive, so I can definitely recommend a visit. Keep up the good work!
