Excellent service, I had two injector’s blowing and need my car for work. Although fully booked Ben said to leave it with him and he’d see what he could do, 2 days later all sorted and back on the road. Explained what he’d done and what needed to be done. Excellent value for money as well. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Very happy with my experience with Goldens. After being quoted some very hefty repair bills for several issues, I needed to do some shopping around and Goldens came in with some very favourable quotes. One of the jobs was quite urgent and as I was due to go away on holiday, I thought I was just going to have to go with the more expensive garage to get the job done. However, Goldens went above and beyond to try and accommodate me before I went on holiday. understandably they made no promises but they said if I left my car with them the following day, if they had time to fit it in they would. They managed to get the job done and I’m very grateful and will certainly be using them again.

Was recommended Goldens by neighbours so took my Astra van and MX5 for Mot, my van failed quite rightly on two broken springs and a badly corroded brake pipe which Goldens repaired for me very quickly, MX5 passed no problems. I am so pleased to have found a garage which I not only like but trust. Thank you Chris and the team.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Gates and I cannot be happier with my purchase. I found Gates to provide excellent customer service as well as going the extra mile from the initial vehicle viewing to delivery.

I knew what car I wanted and the interior colour. But even after spending hours on line searching over a couple of weeks I could not find what I wanted. I came across an advert for New Forest Car Sourcing and gave Brian a call. 4 days later I sat with him as he bid for "my car" at an on line auction. Great service.

I went down to the New Forest today for a paddle on the sea. Near Beaulieu i heard a huge bang ....after looking under the car it turned out one of my coil springs had gone. I was lucky to get to the garage just as Peter was opening up. He said he'd be able to repair it while i continued to the sea with a friend. Great service, thank you very much 🙂

We can’t recommend Hatch highly enough. We have used them for over 10 years and they give a professional, thorough and reliable service. They always spare time to talk issues through and answer questions and never over- charge. Have always been pleasurable to deal with for my vans MOT. Unfortunately I couldn't get a booking for my Nov 2022 MOT as they are a busy garage, but will attempt an earlier booking next year.

Stopped here as my tyre had punctured just down the road. Had never used this garage before but I will deffo be coming here for any futures problems with my car. The guys were beyond helpful and very friendly. They arranged a new tyre and fitted it for me all within an hour. It’s clear these guys go above and beyond. Myself and my husband recently bought an 07 plate BMW 318 from Steve, what amazing service we received from everyone at the garage. Straight away we were provided with service history of the vehicle and offered to take the car on a test drive. We raised a couple of issues which were sorted before we bought the car. We've owned the car now over a month and will definitely be going back to get Steve to help us find another car next March. Very professional and open with their customers which is great to see. My truck failed its MOT today and while I am dissapointed its clear that NFA have been more thorough than the MOT I had last week which failed on totally different parts. They are doing their best to get the parts (USA) and redo the MOT next week and all the guys there are pleasant and professional.

First time using New Forest Autocentre and I cannot sing their praises enough. Had them fit catless downpipes on my BMW 335i. From the first call they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. These guys really know their cars. I was quoted £250 for the work and when it came time to pay I was only charged £216 as the job did not take as long as first expected. Which for me speaks volumes of the business. Would reccomend without any doubt. I will be using their services again. Thanks again guys.
