After the theft and recovery of our BMW R1250GS, we contacted Ben R in service dept to fix the damaged steering lock and he was very helpful in explaining the process of needing a coded replacement steering lock. As we were about to commence a 3 month European bike trip, Ben and Matt in the workshop worked wonders to have the coded lock ordered, delivered and fitted in extra quick time to have us back on the road 3 days after the bike had been stolen. I booked my BMW in for a recall over the phone with Balmer Lawn Motorad, the service advisor took my details and sorted the booking in a friendly and professional manner. When I arrived at the dealership I was dealt with by a service advisor called Sophie. She dealt with my promptly, professionally again. I was given an estimate in when the bike would be ready and also told of the coffee shops and other places of interest were in walking distance. Whilst having a wander around the showroom I got chatting to Mamil ( one of the sales staff) who showed me a few bikes which ended up with me road testing one of their Royal Enfield demonstator bikes. Once again, they way I was dealt with was a great experience. This was my first experience with Balmer Lawn Motorad and it was a very positive one and won't be the last.

Great service from the guys at BMW Motorrad Balmer Lawn. Needed an MOT for my GSA and was able to book for the same day. Lovely coffee a comfy sofa and a furnace while waiting, as well as trying not to buy a new bike. Lots of tempting offers!
