Took my car to OTR back in March on the great commendation of a friend, when the garage I'd used for years closed. Being a lady driver especially, felt really comfortable going as Paul is brilliant. Put me at my ease straight away, and knew I'd found my 'new' go to garage even though it's not the closest one I could use. Been back again this week & both Paul & his team go the extra mile to be super helpful, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, from one very satisfied customer. :)
