Following a recent accident my insurers Direct Line authorised repairs to my car through DLG Auto Services in Heywood. From start to finish the service from them has been 1st class. I was contacted by the garage within one day of the accident & was dealt with by the staff with respect and courtesy. I was kept informed throughout by text/call. The driver who collected/delivered back the car after repairs, his name is Michael, he was friendly, professional and approachable. I recently took my car to DLG Auto Services, and I am absolutely impressed by the quality of work they provided. My car had significant damage to the offside front, including the bonnet, after an accident. To be honest, I was worried about how it would turn out, but after the work was completed, you'd never know the car had been in an accident! The repairs were flawless, and the car looks as good as new. The team at DLG did an exceptional job and worked quickly. Despite the amount of work needed, my car was with them for a short period of time. I also have to commend the staff in the office – they were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. From the start of my claim DHG Auto Heywood, where professional and remained in constant contact with me regarding my repairs. We collected the vehicle on Saturday morning, and the work carried out was to a high standard and the car was presented emasculate. Great Job and would have no hesitation in telling friends or family about our experience.

My car was collected and dropped off a courtesy car. They was very accommodating and picked it up from my work instead aswell as changing my timing slot. The driver constantly updated me and the team was in contact the whole time. I got text updates aswell as an online portal to check the progress of my car. They completed the work fast despite needing parts for it and rang me as soon as it was done to organise delivery and collection of courtesy. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and the delivery men were really nice and pleasant, plus even topped up my petrol they’d used just from taking it around the garage which they didn’t have too do. 5 star service would highly recommend.
