Took the car in with a deep scratch on the back passenger door. The guys sorted me out with a courtesy car, and had mine back to me in a few days, all fixed and sorted. Fully cleaned inside also, so the car came out cleaner than when it went in! Very happy with the service, will be back again.

Struggled to find a garage who got back to me to get booked in to replace all brakes & pads on my car, couldn't even get a call back from the Ford dealership where I have a service/MOT plan with the quote I called for, twice (which in hind sight I'm glad coz they're extortionate even with the discount I get with the service plan) . After giving up & accepting that I'd be replacing them myself, I ordered the pads & discs online where I saw they have a "fit for me" service, instant quote so was a no brainer to get it booked in & despite being bitten a few times at other garages in the past, I decided to trust the most local garage listed. Parts were delivered to these guys, all I had to do was show up with the car for the time slot I chose (morning or afternoon), after struggling to find a garage to even get back to me I doubted it was going to be that easy but it really was! I stupidly neglected getting them replaced in good time & that mixed with the bad weather lately made it harder than it should've been to replace everything but they accommodated me booking my car in on such short notice with no issue, I dropped it off not long after they opened & I had my car back before tea time. They didn't judge me for my filthy car & they fixed the damage I caused because I failed to get it done in good time, efficiently, to an excellent standard & they chose a fix that was the most cost effective, which I'm incredibly grateful for as I'm in the process of getting my car in better condition, other places might not have been so gracious. And for the cherry on top of it they even washed it for me! Thank you! That level of customer service aswell as what I ended up paying for the work doing means you gained a loyal customer today who will absolutely be recommending you to everyone I know. I'd have paid double just to avoid towing to replace them on my drive in the cold & the rain! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a lovely Garage and amazing kind, helpful staff. Twice they have helped me out and not taken any money. The first time, I popped in to get the wheel nuts on both my front tyres tightening after having my alloys refurbished. The second time I popped (last week) to have some air put in my tyres. Not only did they do this for me but they also reset the MMI on my Audi TT. They refused to let me give them some money as a gesture. We have used the paint shop at JW Morris on several occasions for painting Golf, Utility and passenger buggies for some of our higher profile customers own corporate colour schemes. These include buggies for premiership football clubs and exclusive hotels. The standard of work that comes out of the their paint shop is second to none. We don't use this company because it's the cheapest because we know it's not, we use them for the quality and service they deliver for us every time which for us represents excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I've been using this garage for mot and services on both of our cars for the past three years, also for any repairs that have needed doing. They got me booked in yesterday at very short notice for a suspension issue, sorted quickly and back on the road the same day. Would highly recommend
