Booked my car in for repair last week, not knowing which garage to choose I just googled the local ones. They were absolutely fantastic and did everything for us, they rang our warranty company themselves and organised payment, we did absolutely nothing! The car was fixed and returned within 2 days. Definitely our go to garage now! Brilliant service

I have recently purchased a volvo xc60 from Edward Johnson Otley, the staff at the garage especially Dan, could not do enough for me to help, everyone who I met there were genuine people. Dan delivered the vehicle to my home at no extra cost. This garage when it opened in 1948 must of had a set of morals and values and have stood by these morals and values, they truly was wonderful with everything they did. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who wanted to purchase a car. Recently purchased a car from here and the experience was great, it felt more like buying from a main dealer and not a used car dealership! Not pushy at all, relaxed atmosphere at the showrooom and a great location to go on test drives. Viewed the car on Friday morning, put the deposit down by friday evening, and a week later I had collected it! They even went to the post office to tax it for me because it wasn't working online.
