Took my Scirocco in to see these chaps after having a bit of a questionable engagement with another garage who I won't mention here. Chris had diagnosed the overheating issue the same day, told me what needed to be replaced and had the parts ordered and fitted for the following day. I use my car for work and for getting the family about so I can't thank you guys enough for such a pleasant, quick and reasonably priced experience. I will be coming here from now on, just wish I had come sooner. 5/5

The lovely dear lady on reception made a quick call to their MOT service provider and sorted it there and then. Also managed to get my interim service in aswell. 10/07/23.. Jaguar XF .. oil filter housing leak This garage is a superb family run business. I took my Jag XF as engine was leaking oil. Car ready the same day to collect. Car required a gasket so a week later returned to the garage. Upon inspection of the car the Glynn, the garage owner stated that the initial repair had been good, there was no longer an oil leak and therefore advised that it did not need further unnecessary work. Our family have used this garage for approximately 10 years for various car faults and every time the repairs and service are brilliant.

I had a claim through my insurers, NFU, be referred to Northern Accident Repair in Manchester. I have nothing but exceptional feedback for them, as they went above and beyond on the repairs. The service was efficient and streamlined, the they assessed the damage, reported to the insurer, and had my car booked in for the approved repairs really quickly. They then arranged for the vehicle to be collected, and kept me uptodate throughout the process, and delivered the vehicle back 2 days before expected. Unfortunately the only slight hiccup was that all the approved repairs weren't completed, they'd missed a damaged rear light covering, and a couple of minor scratches, but they took the car back and fixed those up no issue at all. What was their saving grace, and why they get full 5 stars, is they also fixed some other minor scratches that NFU had not approved, because they were so minor, which I was very appreciative of. Thank you for the great customer service, stellar workmanship, and brilliant service you have provided. My car wasn't even 4 months old, and now is back to showroom quality. Thank you

I recently purchased a car from iDeal Car Centre, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The car was four hours away, so understandably, I had a LOT of questions over several phone calls. Andy and Dan answered every single one, no matter how ridiculous they were (sorry for hounding your phone line!!). When it came time to pick up my car, Paul met me at the local train station, which was an added bonus. My car is gorgeous, complete with a new service and MOT. I was quite nervous about driving it, as I’ve only had one other automatic—and that was a long time ago. Paul took the time to explain all the extras in the car that I wasn’t familiar with and even stayed with me while I drove around to get used to it. As a female user of nearly 3 years here, I knew I was fine when tyres I was told by another company I needed and then ordered with F1 were refunded when they went to install, due to my tyres being absolutely fine. Always transparent with communication, costs, never an issue on vehicle return. Highly recommend!

Lovely people working here! I called up late Friday night asking if they’d have an appointment for Saturday to fix my tyre which had a puncture from a bolt stuck in it the guy said he did but, if I wanted to take the car up there and then they’d be able to fix it for me today providing they had stock of a new tyre if needed. I took my car up 40 minutes before they closed Friday night and they were able to take a look at the tyre and fix it all within an hour of me even realising I had a puncture. Overall amazing service :)
