Amazing and very quick service from this garage. I have taken my Volkswagen Golf R to a few garages now with a fault and non of them have been able to find or fix the fault. Within 10minutes at M28 service centre they found the fault and it was fixed within the hour. Super happy and I would highly recommend! The mechanics were really helpful and I was not charged a ridiculous amount. I will definitely be returning for my MOT soon 👍🏼

Recently came here for the first time for a diagnostics check due to an EPS light on my dashboard. They charged me a very good price in comparison to other garages in the area, took only 5-10 minutes to come back to me with the results and explained exactly what needed to be fixed in order to resolve the issue with the light. They were able to fix the problem the following day, plus another issue which I spoke to them about over the phone last minute, again at a very reasonable price. Incredibly happy with the service I received, will definitely return in the future 👍

I've never used this place before because I have a regular mechanic that I trust. Its always worrying trying somewhere else. I had an issue on the Sunday with my car and my regular mechanic was on holiday so I couldn't wait for a week with no car. I called them on the Monday and they said I could bring it in next day, then even let me drop it on the Monday to make life easier for me. They called me first thing Tuesday with a diagnosis. The price for the work quoted was in line with other prices I found for the same thing online. No issues with the car since I got it back. The people there too were really nice. Another mechanic I now know I can go to without worry.

After being messed around by two garages wanting to charge a fortune for an alternator replacement I decided to take my car to 24/7 motors and was glad I did. My car ( 2012 Meriva B ) decided to immobilise itself in Tesco car park . I phoned Thomas Recovery, and he arrived 30 minutes later . I was panicking, thinking everything from starting it, and it cost me a fortune or scrapping the car . I need my car because I'm a disabled 71 year old . The mechanic walked over, holding a 10 mm spanner ? He took the black cable off and did something and my car started !! It's worked brilliant since . I would recommend these lads 100%. Such a brilliant company to deal with - I stupidly ran out of petrol but managed to fill up with a Jerry can before the driver arrived but he still came out to make sure I hadn’t done any damage to the engine. Gave me the all clear to drive home and then my headlights went!! The joys of having a 33 year old classic mini! The driver stayed and tried to fix the problem, wasn’t able to roadside so loaded the mini onto the truck and took us both home. Such a lovely guy - wish I’d got his name to pass on thanks properly. Absolutely saved me on a very rainy miserable Sunday!

Absolutely fantastic company! We were completing a job that came from Canada 🇨🇦 and unfortunately haulage company delivered container very late. We had no forklift and we called Thomas Recovery to see if they could help us, Paul and the team were very helpful and arranged a truck to assist with several heavy items to be offloaded from a container.
