Neither of us are ‘car experts’, and were afraid that we might be ‘bamboozled’ by so-called ‘car experts’ who did not really have our interests at heart. In the event, we had nothing to worry about. Just went through the process of buying my first car and had a great experience. I was initially apprehensive as I’m 200 miles away from the branch but Marc, Rachel and Caitlin all went above and beyond to sort my car! Marc is really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and Rachel and Caitlin in the finance team were fantastic at liaising with external finance to sort my application.
