I had a claim through my insurers, NFU, be referred to Northern Accident Repair in Manchester. I have nothing but exceptional feedback for them, as they went above and beyond on the repairs. The service was efficient and streamlined, the they assessed the damage, reported to the insurer, and had my car booked in for the approved repairs really quickly. They then arranged for the vehicle to be collected, and kept me uptodate throughout the process, and delivered the vehicle back 2 days before expected. Unfortunately the only slight hiccup was that all the approved repairs weren't completed, they'd missed a damaged rear light covering, and a couple of minor scratches, but they took the car back and fixed those up no issue at all. What was their saving grace, and why they get full 5 stars, is they also fixed some other minor scratches that NFU had not approved, because they were so minor, which I was very appreciative of. Thank you for the great customer service, stellar workmanship, and brilliant service you have provided. My car wasn't even 4 months old, and now is back to showroom quality. Thank you
