We found Sam a couple of years ago and he has done multiple jobs for us around the house including; new electric box, new light fightings, installing new plug sockets and removing old home electrics from the previous owners. He always works to a very high standard, he’s always on time, reliable and reachable. Would highly recommend Sam, he’s very lovely and professional !

Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. Thank you Bobby at NorthTech Electrical, my cooker switch burnt out. It wasn’t a problem for him, I sent a picture of the switch and he came round next day fitted a new one. He arrived early got the job done quickly and most importantly didn’t charge me fortune. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thanks again Bobby 👍🏻

Got my electrics installed in my garden office. From initial enquiry, through to completion felt taken care of and eased my mind of something I know nothing about. Oh my goodness. Absolutely amazing lunch. First time we've been and I couldn't be happier. We've added this to our list as somewhere to visit regularly. The staff are so friendly, the lads so served us are the sons of the lady who owns it which we met after in their shop after. She was so nice. We had a proper good natter. The food was fantastic! I had a delicious ham, cheese and onion filled croissant 🥐 the best I've had and after a even more delicious homemade caramel shortbread, the best I've had. I highly recommend this place.

I visited Hearts for homes with my mum & daughter today for afternoon tea as a Mother’s Day treat. All I can say is that it was quite possibly the nicest cafe I have ever been in. The food was yummy, the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great🌟 I would definitely return and recommend. The little touches were the best. Even a little gift bag for all the Mum’s too💗

I visited with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and 2 year old daughter for afternoon tea. It did not disappoint. Service was incredible from the minute we walked through the door and the team were so patient and attentive to my daughter too, making the time to ask her which milkshake she's like with her afternoon tea. The entire look of the place was beautiful and clean. The service was incredible and the food had to be some of the best we've had at an afternoon tea (and we've had many!!) The afternoon tea they gave my little girl was incredible and filled with so many treats. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Used EIC a couple of weeks ago for two spotlights in my pourch and two spotlights outside my front door, I was very impressed with the advice and service I received. Ryan recommended my outside lights to be operated by a switch that connects to my WiFi and now I have them set on a timer and don't have to even worry about turning them on an off. Top job 100% Happy and would recommend to anyone wanting a good job

We were in the process of refurbishing our business. We used EIC for all our electrical work. Ryan gave us ideas and suggestions we didn't even think about. Our new reception area is transformed with new spot lights and LED lights built into the reception desk. We also called Ryan back to have line extensions, additional sockets and a high quality CCTV system. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is very professional. Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.
