I have used National Tyres on Gloucester Road on and off for many years and have always been very satisfied with work, prices, communication, friendliness and helpfulness.

Ann Marie was brilliant! took my wheel which had a puncture first thing, without an appointment as only happened last night and was ready to collect two hours later! puncture was repaired rather then selling me a whole new tyre. I am so pleased with the service and a good price too. Thank you very much, credits to Ann Marie and would definitely recommend👍

Interacted with Anne Marie. Called up explaining I had a fault on the tyre pressure management system and she told me to come in. The next day she checked if it was a quick fix but it wasn’t. Booked me in for a sensor replacement 2 days later and it was done no faff, she even took the time to explain what they did and how they did it which the local garage failed to do. 10/10 customer service skills and knowledge. The new customer service assistant was helpful too. Good luck to her. Thanks
