Had my car service/MOT here. After around 4 hours, I received a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. I was, however at A&E due to an incident so asked if my car could be kept overnight. This wasn’t a problem at all and when I collected my car the next day, the lad who I spoke to over the phone was at reception and immediately asked me how everything went at A&E. Superb Customer Service like this doesn’t happen very often these days, I was very pleased and grateful for this touch. I would recommend this garage any day of the week.
Needed a new tyre fitted ASAP. They processed me quickly, treated me kindly and sorted me right out. TBH that’s been my experience every time l’ve used any Halfords in Manchester.
The person in the reception (seated) explained in detailed what needs to be fixed and what kind of work will be carried out and how the charges are calculated. The other guy in the standing desk was polite and helpful. 5 stars for them!
Came in today for help with my bonnet that was stuck and wouldn’t come up and my car had no oil. A really lovely man helped me out with it and gave me some advice incase anything else went wrong. Really appreciated the friendly helpful service!
