I have been a customer of Queens Garage for a few years and attended initial because of an engine fault in my car then returned multiple times for routine services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I also visited with a VW Caddy that had been off-road for a long time and I expected it to be pricey to make it roadworthy. Because the Caddy had no tax and MOT I was supported with the transport to the garage and return transport was not needed because I drove away in it! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave recommendations without any pressure prior to getting work done. The work was completed on time, and my both car and van feel good as new! The prices were fair and transparent, with no hidden fees.
