Came in today to pick up my brand new to me BMW 330e, fell absolutely in love with the car. Mike was amazing from start to finish. I left feeling confident with my purchase and he made the whole process seamless and stress free. Top bloke and would recommend him to anyone. I recently purchased a 128ti from Geoff Cox Automotive. I came across the car online and checked out the reviews of the dealership. I'm very pleased to add my positive review to all the others. There's no hard sell at this place. Mike was very welcoming and friendly. I even had a nice chat with Geoff Cox himself, a lovely guy. Mike handed me the keys to take a test drive while he assessed my car for a p/x. All very relaxed. On returning, I pointed out a couple of touch-ups needed. I was assured this would be done, along with a service and brake fluid change. A deal was done over a nice cup of coffee. I was given a fair price for my p/x. Just over a week later and I collected the car. Mike was as good as his word. Service, etc, all done. Just a pity when I got back home to Sheffield after driving through pouring rain on the M1, it didn't look quite as sparkling. Many thanks to Mike and all the team at Geoff Cox. A dealership that cares about its reputation .

Amazing service! Impressed is an understatement! I purchased an m2 competition from Geoff Cox and the sales process was the best I have experienced. Fred dealt with the sale and from start to finish was so helpful, friendly, professional and made the process seamless and enjoyable. He responded to my queries quickly, and helped me resolve an issue (on my end) within a couple of hours! When I arrived to collect my car I learnt that this was a reflection of the whole team who were all a pleasure to deal with. The car I collected was immaculate! I am based in Kent and thanks to the incredible service received from Fred, I trusted that it would be worth the drive to collect the car and it certainly was. Really great experience from Geoff Cox and Mike specifically - from initial contact and paperwork through to the Chairman personally collecting me from the local train station and collecting the vehicle - all super easy to deal with. Very easy to deal with, very personable and friendly staff - very low pressure environment and approach to car sales - which is always appreciated. Car was exactly as described and immaculate - the garage sorted a couple of minor cosmetic and mechinical aspects pre-collection all as promised (all super minor). The garage even had a touch-up made up before collection and I forgot to take it with me on collection - and they are posting it to me FOC ... cant ask for better service. Perfect, easy transation and a credit to the motor trade - I would definitely deal with the garage and staff again without hesitation.
