They came out and towed my car within the hour. The mechanic found the cause immediately. He told me roughly the cost and delivered my car back to my address once the garage had repaired the fault. Excellent helpful staff and good on price, will definitely use this garage in future.

Can't recommend Matlock Green Garage enough. They've saved me on a number of occasions when my car has packed up, each time I've needed my car to be fixed same day due to work commitments and they've always worked hard to get it fixed as soon as possible. Car once again gave up on me today and they came and recovered it a few minutes later. Now waiting while they get it sorted for me so that I can hopefully get to work in a few hours. Great service and very helpful folk!

We stopped at Matlock MOT centre on the way to a family funeral. My fuel cap was locked shut and we couldn't fill up and stopped here in an emergency. The guys were very busy but found 10 minutes to help out a family in need. Forever greatful to you all. Thank you.

I hit a pot hole on my way to Matlock to complete some work I was contracted for. The pot hole caused a large and dangerous blister on my tyre wall. When I arrived at my destination I rang around the three tyre suppliers I found in the Matlock area., all were booked up till the end of the week including Matlock MOT Tyre & Exhaust Centre. However after explaining my situation to all three dealers the other 2 could not do anything for me. Only Matlock MOT TYRE & EXHAUST CENTRE were able to arrange a replacement tyre to be fitted by one of their Staff who had agreed at no extra cost to me , to stay behind after hours as my important job finished at the same time as MATLOCK TYRE &EXHAUST CENTRE closed, to fit a new tyre to my vehicle. Which made the car safe to drive the 30 miles I had to drive to get home. I can honestly say that if it was not for their member of staff I would have been stranded in Matlock for a few days. I was very grateful for the understanding and professionalism of the staff at Matlock MOT Tyre & exhaust centre, especially the gentleman that agreed to stay behind to get me out of my dilemma. I WOULD GIVE MATLOCK MOT TYRE&EXHAUST CENTER A MASSIVE 👍👍👍 👍😁 THUMBS UP TO THEM ALL. I would recommend that if anyone faces a similar situation to mine in the future to give MATLOCK MOT TYRE & EXHAUST CENTRE a call first and forget the other providers.

Popped in this morning as my car had developed an odd fault where the wipers would not switch off. Car still under warranty but wanted to take the wiper arms off for my 40 mile drive home. Couldn't do the work due to the volume of vehicles waiting but very kindly lent me a spanner so I could remove them myself. Super friendly team saving me saving me a frustrating drive home. These guys took on a very big job on my car that I needed towing in for ..they are professional and the garage is tidy and uncluttered .. which is always a good sign . The price they quoted was far cheaper than any other . Nothing was to much trouble .. I’ve used this garage a few times now and will always use these in the future .. but book in early as quite rightly they’re very busy .. it’s 5 stars from me .

Easy 5 stars for me. Have completed MOT’s on my cars for the last 6 years - always friendly & efficient. Very quick and I’ve never felt like their trying to get more money out of me. Communication is top notch and they’ve often gone out of their way to help me out - I couldn’t get back to the garage in time for closing last time, so they dropped my car off at my house and left the invoice on the seat. Will continue to use them for years to come I’m sure.

Took car for service and MOT. Very pleased with how the car felt afterwards. The staff were very friendly and the cost was very reasonable. This is the first time I have used them and will definitely go back again.

I had an issue with my air con and called and spoke to Josh. He managed to fit me in the very next day, even though they were fully booked with other jobs. It was fixed by the end of the day. I'm so happy with the work done. They kept intouch with me and did a diagnosis and sorted it. This place is the best. Friendly considerate service and I got to lounge with their dog whilst I waited. Repairs all done, speedily, professionally, happily and at a reasonable price. Nothing not to like.

This is one of the best garage experiences I've had in while. After buying a car with a oil leak I booked it in with these, within a couple hours of them having the car I received a phone call to inform me that the previous owners had bodged the rocker gasket with instant gasket. Other things were also found to be an issue due to previous owners or due to the oil leak. R&j was happy enough to sort these issues out for me while they had the car. Rob and Matthew was very friendly and kept me updated on everything. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Once again he has worked his magic and my car has been repaired quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Other garages fob you off. Rob just gets on with it and gets you back on the road. My car started making a knocking sound 2 days before going on holiday. A local garage diagnosed an issue but had no capacity to do the work. R and J were able to order the part and fit it within 24 hours. They then offered to drive to my house to pick me up and take me back to the garage. On doing this the mechanic identified a further problem which turned out to be seriously damaged bushing on the suspension. They then fixed this within 2 hours. The price was really reasonable and my holiday was saved. Great service.

Went above and beyond to help me get back on the road after a nasty pot hole caused damaged both my wheel and tire. I turned up out of the blue and the guys managed to source a tire and worked tirelessly to fix my wheel and get me on the road within about an hour. I was holidaying so they were absolute life savers and I could carry on with my plans. Not only was this was done at a very fair price but I could tell they genuinely had my interests at heart - a new wheel would've not only taken my car off the road for a while (and ruined my holiday), but also cost a bomb. I got so lucky to have been staying nearby. Thank you so much!

A great garage. Honest prices and invoices showing what it has cost, always happy to help, I take my car here for it's MOT and services as well as any odd bits as I can't fault them. Rang a couple of weeks ago needing a tyre changing and they fit me in that day. Had to call up later after getting a message I needed to go somewhere at 3 and they made sure it was done when I went to pick it up.

Just completed mine and my wife's car service. I normally go to Citroen main dealer but decided to take them to Almarks. Absolutely first class care and attention. Better than the main dealer.
