Extremely authentic bagels. Once tasted going back to shop bought prepacked bagels just doesn't cut it. The bagels are freshly made and a few times I have bought some to take home they have still been warm.The right combination of chewy and soft. My favourites are the plain as well as cinnamon and raisin. Only slight criticism is that the cinnamon and raisin ones didn't have a lot of raisins in them. I bought 4 and they were all the same. Last time I went I ordered the chicken caeser without the bagels croutons with extra Swiss cheese and salt beef..asked for the bagel to be buttered. It was made really well and to my specifications. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Really happy with the service and pleased to have discovered Slow Rise Bakery.

Gets very busy during peak hours… and for good reason. The bagels are made to the highest quality. You can pick from several different flavoured bagels along with different fillings. If you fancy a bagel this is the place to go

yippee bagels! i had a chai latte and it was genuinely the best chai i have ever tasted- cinnamon sugar on top with lovely cream and it was insane. smoked salmon bagel and a hot drink came to about eight quid- both definitely worth it. staff seem super friendly and although we didn’t sit inside it was very cute

If you are looking for the best bagels thus side of New York City, look no further. My personal favourite is the salted version, to die for. All served with great happy service from many but in particular Nerys! 10 out of 10.

Best bagels in Leeds no question … this fabulous little cafe (and it is little) does without doubt the best bagels for miles around and lovely staff as well … we had chicken Caesar and pastrami on poppy seeded bagels split between us and they were superb bu be warned big queues are the norm for takeaway and table spaces in very short supply … but well worth the wait either way, you will not be disappointed !
