We came for afternoon tea , it was absolutely exquisite as always! Molly the reservations co coordinator made our trip extra special with a little surprise for my friend , who had just finished chemotherapy . It was lovely. We had such a perfect afternoon . I wanted everything pre paid before transition was smooth communication was excellent . We have stayed here before and used spa ate breakfast lunch and dinner it is always divine . We just love it. A really lovely place in Surrey. The biggest SPA we have been to with a never ending parade of different steam and sauna rooms, ice room, herbal room - you name it. Fabulous pool and an amazing outdoor swim in heated hydro massage pool - such a joy! We loved our stay there! A couple of things to bear in mind from our point of view are: 1) their standard rooms are really simple and small, ours was also quite dark given the location and small window, the heating was keeping us awake at night as it kept rumbling, so not ideal; 2) not the best restaurant offering, the menu is quite limited and the quality of food is basic, plus the service really slows down when the restaurant gets busy in the morning. Food wise we prefer South Lodge (same Exclusive collection hotel). Now we know what to expect but it doesn’t mean we won’t come again cause the spa is really good!

Our stay was truly exceptional! The spa facilities were outstanding, providing a perfect escape, and the service was beyond fantastic. Special thanks to Bianca and Olga at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience unforgettable. Breakfast was also amazing. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had an exceptional stay at Pennyhill Park. The grounds and hotel are stunning and very well kept. Every staff member reception/spa/restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The spa is one of the best I have been to. Can be busy late afternoon early evening on weekends but facilities are superb. The food and drinks can be slightly expensive, but on the whole I would say is worth it. Perfect for a special occasion with loved ones and friends. They were kind enough to give us an upgrade as we were celebrating a 1 year anniversary which made the occasion / stay extra special. Would recommend!

A truly wonderful one-night stay. We made the most of our one-night stay for our anniversary. You can access their incredible spa facilities from 3pm on the day of arrival to 2pm the following day. The spa was pleasantly busy but never uncomfortably so and truly stunning inside and out. That's the main thing I was blown away by is the attention to detail at Pennyhill. Everything is finished so beautifully. The staff were all truly exceptional, from first greeting to last farewell (big thank you to Amy especially). We had an incredible meal at The Latymer for which I left a separate review. Blown away by this hotel, really felt like we got what we paid for.
