Always so friendly. Very welcoming for dogs - actually quite a social scene for dog owners. The upstairs area is also nice and a bit quieter. Lots of vegan options done well.

Caffè Nero in Romsey is in a lovely location, and has some great tables overlooking the high-street. The coffee is always nice and the staff are friendly. I do however feel the food options have become increasingly expensive and have definitely shrunk in size too, so I now just go for coffee instead of getting a cake too. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a quick coffee.
Staff are incredibly friendly and polite, service is quick. The cafe in general has a cosy environment. Had the Italian tiramisu and the tiramisu latte, will definitely become a regular to this place
