If you're a group looking for a great evening's food and entertainment I can highly recommend booking the skittle alley and food at the Queens Head. The food was great and reasonably priced, and brought to us in the skittle alley by the very helpful staff. The skittles was brilliant fun, and it was lovely to be in a room of our own for the whole evening. Excellent value, we all had a fabulous time.
We stopped by for Sunday lunch after a visit to Stonehenge and the food was excellent! The roast chicken was cooked perfectly and had a lovely flavour, the pork and crackling were delicious, the homemade roast potatoes were fantastic and the seasonal veg were both tasty and plentiful. You really do get a lot of food for your money (£16.95) so be sure to bring your appetite! The restaurant area is cozy and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a car park behind the pub and you can park on-street for free after 6pm Mon-Sat and all day Sunday. Highly recommended!
