Stopped over during a trip to Somerset, as it's only a short detour off the M3. Fabulous breakfast and everything, except the blackpudding, was gluten free. Terrific!
Amazing experience, staff are very welcoming and attentive to customers. We all had the classic breakfast and it was so tasty.
We stopped here for a coffee after a lovely Sunday walk on Hazeley Heath, but it was really nearer lunch time. The courtyard was a very pleasant place to relax, with both indoor and outdoor tables, and we fell to the temptation of the brunch menu to enjoy in the sunshine. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and well presented. Our vegetarian preferences were well catered for and the coffee very good. It’s always good to feel the comfortable ambience generated by other clients who are similarly enjoying their food and drink and attentive, cheerful, polite service from both the owner and their staff, the latter clearly very much involved in the success of this charming café.
