We visited this place for the first time and were blown away by its ambience. The staff was very polite and well informed.
We started with a pistachio latte - which was okay, not the best I've had.
The food was very good. We ordered the lamb nihari (which was fantastic), pulao rice (was good), chicken achari (very good), and lamb karahi (amazing). Food was served with Naan - which were piping hot 🔥
Overall, it was a good place to visit with family/ friends. Keep up the good work!

Service was great, we were seated fairly quickly on a busy evening. I enjoyed my drink. Our food came out fast. The food was nice but it could be better in some parts.

Starters were enjoyable with the green chutney and salad. I liked the malai chicken however it was overpowered with a certain spice. My husband enjoyed the prawn tikka. The Tawa Chicken gravy was great, but the menu should state it's half chicken.

Overall, it was a good experience.

We visited a couple of weeks ago and just had chance to leave a review. We were served by Raman who was excellent, she is a credit to Cafe Begum - outstanding customer service with a smile. Makes a change from being served by a grumpy teenager! The food was excellent, freshly prepared and full of flavour. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great place for date night or with family.

The customer service we received here was absolutely amazing. I haven't had this level of customer service in a very long time.

We were greeted at reception and seated very promptly. Soon after, the waitress came and introduced herself with a smile on her face and informed us that she would be our server for the evening.

We went on a busy Friday evening and despite this, the service was very efficient. The food and drinks came out in good time and was also piping hot!

All the staff that either dealt with us or served us all had a smile on their face which was really nice.

Even when we asked to change tables because of the draught near the door, they did this with a smile on their face and were very accommodating about it.

We also ordered something which ended up being too spicy for us and we couldn't eat it and asked if they could change it and they did this yet again with a smile on their face and also followed up by ensuring the replacement was suitable for us.

The only reason I didn't give the food a 5* is because we ordered Nihari which didn't actually have much meat on it. But the food did taste great. We really enjoyed the masala fish and chips.

The aesthetics have a UAE feel to it and has been done very well.

There is a prayer room which is also very handy for those that are travelling like myself.

Would definitely recommend.
