Delicious breakfast here - Turkish eggs (with lovely focaccia) and a veggie fry up with amazing home made hash browns! Enjoyed the coffee too. All round, top marks and glad I stumbled upon this place!
Lovely little cafe. We liked the surroundings and style of the cafe. We really enjoyed the sausage and bacon sandwiches. Served in lovely warm soft bread. The cappuccinos were decent too but just wish they were served in larger cups. A bit like the mug size my daughter had for her tea and that would have been ideal 😁
Definitely recommend.
Best avocado toast in Manchester hands down. Flavourful and good for your gut health too. The staff is always helpful and kind, the atmosphere is friendly and chill. Lots of seat and space. They also have fantastic homemade pies. If you enjoy breakfast dish with a kick you will enjoy the Turkish egg. I have been coming for 2 years now and everything is always delicious. The hot chocolate is sweet and not heavy. There is a parking one minute away. Highly recommended. Lovely 💕
We were looking for a nice brunch place and we came to Idle Hands. Both the food and the coffee were some of the best we have had for quite some time. The Turkish eggs and the Meaty hash brown were amazing and a new take on some classic dishes. We tried the Banana cake and the pistachio honey cake and both were of high quality.
The service and the atmosphere were spot on and the prices very understanding for the service and food offered.
We will certainly make this our regular place for coffee and brunch.
Coffee and pie were delicious, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and nice music choice. One of the better cafes in Manchester, by my estimation and I took too long to try it. I was sad when Takk closed but this opposite more than makes up for it. Will be back!

"What a cute little place. Great value and great quality cafe offerings! Stopped in for a takeaway as there was nothing at the train station. I ordered..."
