A lovely little find for brunch/lunch. Service was good and food was tasty but lacked a little in presentation. My tasty omelette looked ‘dumped’ on the plate. Despite that, everything else was very acceptable so I would throughly recommend. ♿️The tables and chairs are very close together so immediate wheelchair access seems difficult - but I’m sure the staff would move things to allow better access. The single washroom/toilet seems difficult to access. I liked the place and will go again.
First visit here for lunch, it's a really nice space. Pleasantly surprised that such a big space was warm and cosy on a cold day. The food was really good (hanging kebabs) and really reasonably priced. I will definitely be going again . Great addition to the village
My first visit today at The Hideout was exceptional. It is beautiful inside an fabulously furnished with an excellent atmosphere and food. 5 star experience with a special mention to Steven, Maureen, Michelle and Joanne on this beautiful place. Enjoyed my first visit, Monday afternoon, returned Friday lunchtime. A warm welcome, stylish setting, friendly & attentive staff, delicious dishes, well presented dishes, competitively priced & dog friendly. The perfect recipe for ladies that lunch! A fabulous addition to the vibrant Prestwich village. Wishing Steven & family all the very best with their amazing new venture. Looking forward to my next visit. ❤️🌟
I have been coming to The Hideout for lunch since they opened a few years ago in their old premises and I am still coming to their new premises. The food is all homemade and fresh and really nice and decent portions too, the staff are always friendly and accommodating and the decor and seating is very comfortable and relaxing. They have choices for both vegetarians and vegans. I have recommended this cafe to lots of friends not only because I’ve always been happy with my lunch but because I also like to support small family businesses. In the evening it is a bar with music and at weekends there is a dj so perfect if you want to drink and socialise in a nice atmosphere
