Excellent food, everything was really good quality, freshly cooked and very nicely presented. Very clean and quick too.
Extra points for having the option of smoked streaky bacon and the exceptional French toast. Will definitely return.
A cosy and lovely cafe with great quality food, usually a fry up can be poor quality but this wasn’t at all. Lovely sausages, and they even used Yorkshire tea which was a real win. A standout for me was the brown sauce it was 10/10 I’m even going to buy myself a bottle it was that good.
On the flip side it was a shame on the service. It seems like there was a busy rush of people going to the races before we got there and bless them the young girls were rather flustered meaning we did have to wait 15 minutes for a cup of tea. There also wasn’t any maple syrup for my partners french toast which was a shame and she wouldn’t have ordered it knowing that. They also had no lids for us to take our drinks away.
Overall great food, great music choice to start the Saturday morning and nice vibes but the service and some of the logistics let it down. Leaving this as constructive feedback so when we next come back it’s even better! 💪🏻
