The restaurant itself is in an interesting street with many restaurant. None of us has ever been here. We just read the reviews. The restaurant itself is not very big. Calm atmosphere. Seatings are a bit tight. Four of us. Two English Breakfasts. One Fish Cake and one salmon and avocado on toast. And coffee for each of us. £21 per person. Not bad. I personally tried fish cake. It was freshly baked. This is the second time I tried fish cake. The first time was in the restaurant near the pier for Loch Ness. The last one has a bigger proportion of fish. This one has less. Different recipe. I would prefer the one with more fish.
The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks are exceptional quality and reasonably priced for London. Great location to sit and people watch or meet up with a few friends over coffee.
One of our first stops for breakfast in the UK and it did not disappoint! Food was outstanding and the service was excellent! It became very busy just as we were about to leave so make sure you have plenty of time. It’s worth the wait!
This charming little cafe can get quite crowded during breakfast, but we were happy we arrived early. With its open kitchen and freshly prepared food, we were very impressed by the English Breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.
The food was great! I have heard many opinions on the English Breakfast and decided to give it a try myself and I wasn’t disappointed! My cappuccino was very tasty as well. My wife got the Caffe Royal and enjoyed it as well.
