Reviews
Kind of a hidden gem if you will. Was looking online and saw reviews of this place and thought, great, a nice halal breakfast place. Gave them a call and they weren't able to do bookings but the staff were lovely and told us to come down and they would make space. I took a group of 6 of us and within a couple of minutes we were seated and given our menus. I must say, staff are really lovely, always smiling, kind, courteous and professional. We ordered our food and although it took a while to come, (only about 15 minutes) it was presented so beautifully that I didn't want to eat it. We all ordered something different and it every meal was delicious and a really good portion as well. The only thing that wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere were the milkshakes. They seems to have a bit too much ice and weren't as thick as I would like, but that is personal preference. Kids really enjoyed it too. There was ample parking available as well. Can't wait to go again.
Recommend cafe. The prices aren't too expensive, the food quality is quite good, and the portions are sufficient. However, the shop is relatively small, but there is parking available on nearby streets.
Always spot on this place, everything is cooked perfectly, service is great and is value for money. We go for either the Mediterranean or the Martil Double and the smoothies are just lovely too. Highly recommended as its also family and children friendly. And it's halal ❤️
What a pleasant local cafe. Visited for a last minute brunch. Was so pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh, yummy, HOT, and really good portion sizes (much appreciated, when you see how much shrinkage has plagued food places in this economy). All food was delicious, and made well. Pancakes needed a little more vanilla essence for flavour, and cooked a little less, but were tasty still. Tea mug was a good size. They have decent seating amount for a local cafe. We got lucky with seating and didn't have to wait at a peak time - 12:00pm on a Saturday. Service was fabulous. They had one waitress, but she was very proactive and energetic! Has become our local go to spot for sure. Also, refreshingly affordable prices, which means we'll be more likely to visit more often without wincing. We paid £30 for two mains, extras and two drinks. Free roadside parking.
Great little place for a halal breakfast with a nice twist.
