My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

If I could give a higher rating I would. Charmaine is amazing at what she does as well as being polite, professional and making it a very personal experience every time you visit. All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

I recently began a laser treatment course at this salon, and I’m truly impressed! Having visited several other salons over the years, I’ve never experienced results as remarkable as I have here, especially after just two sessions. It's clear that the salon has invested in top-of-the-line equipment, which has made all the difference. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, especially Lydia, who performed my laser treatment. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience today at Beau Clinic with Lydia looking after me, i booked a hydra facial and received some great advice on what steps i can take to help my skin. Lydia was ever so kind and so helpful! I look forward to my next appointment x

Ashleigh used to do my hair but I moved away from the local area and I missed her colouring and cuts so much that I just had to come back because she’s so brilliant! Always gives a fab colour and cut and I’m always so pleased afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get highlights (I’m very blonde myself) and a cut! She is so lovely too and we have great chats which is always a bonus! Thanks Ashleigh!

Ashleigh has been my hairdresser for 7 years now. I wouldn't have anyone else! She is amazing! My colours are always perfect and each cut & style is always exactly what I ask for, Friends and family are always complementing my hair. Ashleigh is always flexible and will try to fit me in sometimes without much notice! I actually really look forward to my Ashleigh home visits for a catch up, coffe and hair!

Ashleigh did an incredible job on my wedding hair and I was so obsessed with it all day. I didn’t have a complete vision of what I wanted, but after showing her a few pictures she had a plan and it was perfect.

I have been seeing Ashleigh for a very long time and she never fails to get exactly what i want (even if i'm not exactly sure what i want!) I have recieved loads of compliments about my hair, and i never hesitate to tell them where i got it done.

Elizabeth is a wizard at hair! Sat with her for over 3 hours doing my hair and there wasn’t a moments silence, the sweetest and loveliest hair dresser, so glad I found her! She really listens to what you want and delivers every time without fail. Thank you again xx

I had a bouncy blow dry with Chapette’s new apprentice ‘Scarlett’ last week and was super impressed. She was friendly, confident and amazing, working her magic on my unruly hair!! Great addition to the team, I think her blow dry bar will be big competition in town!! Go Scarlett!

Charlee has been fantastic.I have had botox and fillers,and really happy with the results,especially the lips.I was nervous about having my lips filled from a previous establishment,as it was so painful,but she made sure I was completely numbed,and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Will never go anywhere else now,and would 100% recommend without hesitation.Thank you Charlee.

Had my hair coloured by Tara and couldn’t be happier. I went in not really knowing what I wanted other than wanting my blonde highlights redone. Tara was amazing in helping me decide exactly what I wanted, she was super friendly and professional. My hair has never looked so good. The blonde looks super natural, I can’t rate her enough. It was incredibly kind of Matt to come in during the holiday period to do my hair. I came in to get some hair colouring, which I’ve never done before. As a guy, I thought that figuring what I wanted to get done was going to be difficult because I’ve never really done this type of thing before, but it wasn’t. Matt was very friendly with me and confirmed exactly what it was that I wanted to get. He lifted my hair to a nice, warm, brown colour (which was impressive considering I have black hair). I left with brighter and lighter hair that’s making me feel a lot better about my look.

I have been using this saloon for years and Gail has been styling my hair for 30 years plus. I love 😘 her and the way she does my hair and has done all of these years. I always get lots of compliments whenever I get my 4/5 weekly cuts . She just rocks. Thank you Gail.

So after four failed attempts at finding a hairdresser who could cut and colour my hair how I wanted I found Topps 2 toe hair and booked in with Tara. I was nervous at first since I just had so many bad experiences, but Tara was fantastic! My colour is stunning and exactly how I wanted it and my cut is beautiful. I'm so happy I have finally found a great hairdresser. The salon is lovely and friendly and I look forward to going back everytime, my hair just keeps looking better and better.

Absolutely love the secret retreat, I've been for a few treatments, make-up, eyebrows and eyelashe tinting, eyebrow waxing, but the Cupping for my back problems has been amazing! I highly recommend this lovely welcoming friendly place. It really is a little gem 🥰

I have had Achilles tendinitis for over 7 years and have had physio but it never got fully better. I was recommended cupping by Hannah which was carried out by Karen and I have been pain free since. The salon is a lovely boutique style salon in Kent. On arrival, you are welcomed by the lovely staff. Very attentive and can’t do enough for you. They are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a delicious latte along with a lovely chocolate cake. Maria was amazing, so friendly and I absolutely loved my scalp treatment and my waves - just what I wanted. I’ve booked again and decided to upgrade my blow dry to a Keratin straight blow dry to reduce the frizz before my holiday. Recommended by Maria. Today I went to Terri Gilham for the first time as I was recommended by my mum and what a great experience it was! My stylist Maria was so friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and happy- as were the other staff too! I’m in love with my hair and can’t wait to go back!

This is the third time I've done a keratin treatment on my hair with Adele, she is great and very professional, this last time I asked for a bit of change with a bayalage and she understood what I was looking for. I have a very fine hair and it's been 12 years that I haven't asked for any treatment or colouring in my hair as I was very carefully with my hair but I think if you go for good treatment or less harmful colouring and of course if you are in the right hands your hair will still healthy. Definitely recommend as well get good brands for shampoing your hair as well to keep it hydrated and healthy ☺️

Great experience at Teri Gilham from the moment you enter. A range of complementary beverages to choose from and a relaxing massage chair whilst having your hair washed .My stylist Maria is very personable and always delivers a great cut and blowdry. Occasionally she’ll curl it too if I ask which is amazing. Looking forward to having hair colour done next month 🤩

Such a great place for my daughter to have her first haircut in a ladies salon. It's trendy and current without being pretentious. Cara was patient, kind and totally understood how nervous my daughter was with her long hair and wanting it cut just so. We will definitely be back.
