Wonderful experience at Infinity Hair Salon today. I had a bob cut, wash and blow dry and style by Katie who was training with Brendon supervising, Katie did such a great job and was friendly throughout, and Brendon was great taking the time to train, also friendly. Incredibly happy with everything, both took the time and passion to do a lovely cut and blow dry plus curled. Left very happy indeed and will be going again. Thank you so much! Very professional.

It was my first time visiting and I was impressed it is such a lovely chilled salon, all staff members are welcoming. Christie worked her magic on my hair and she did an amazing job very happy. I went from very long, thick dry hair to short healthy hair. They listened to what I wanted done and did not hesitate at all. Christie did a lovely head massage very relaxing. I will definitely be returning to have regular thinning out and colour.

I highly recommend this salon. Both Brendan and Katie are so lovely. Had my hair and nails done and absolutely love both. Caring staff who will listen to what u want and take the time to achieve this so you leave the salon happy. Give them a try. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.

The owner Brendon did my hair today and I have to say what a great experience. He listened to what I asked for and never deviated once. The wash was amazing as I had a head massage also, so was nice and relaxed. I had a cappuccino whilst in there and Katie the lady who does nails etc was really lovely too. We had no problem starting a chat between us all and as customers came in they joined in. I have never had this kind of experience at any hairdressers before. I have now booked to have my highlights done in April. I am very impressed with the layout of the salon. And how nice he and his staff are. Nothing is too much trouble. I was really surprised when he said he will have been open for a year comes April. Not the impression I got at all. It’s like he had been in Birchington for a lot longer than that. Highly recommend for hairstyling etc and from what I saw of the young lady doing nails I would recommend her too. I'm so glad I found Ohana Hair and Beauty! I needed to find a new hairdresser after about 7 or 8 years, and saw them recommended on a page on Facebook. As soon as I got there for my consultation Kara asked me exactly what it was I wanted, as well as giving me some ideas and advice about my hair. The salon itself is lovely and both Kara and Lucy are so welcoming! I absolutely love my new hair and would recommend Ohana to everyone - thanks girls!

Went to The Chair today for the first time. My daughter has a very sensitive scalp and is always in a lot of pain when going to the hairdresser. I can’t remember her name, but was a young brunette young lady, my daughter’s word is the best experience she has ever had at a hairdressers. Customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she was so sweet, nice and gentle with my daughter’s scalp and she smiled all the way home because she was so happy with her hair cut n dry. Thank u and will definitely be returning

Edit: Further to me posting this review, the lovely owner got in contact with me to talk through my points and offered me compensation or a free haircut and blowdry. The owner really obviously cares a lot about her business and staff and this wholly translated through this phone call - she's a really lovely lady who wanted to make things right, so I've added a well deserved star. I wholeheartedly appreciate the compensation provided to me, thanks so much for listening to my genuine review. I did want to reiterate that everyone I have had contact with at the Chair have been so lovely, my hair stylist included, and it seems I just had a rare bad experience, via miscommunication or other. Thanks to everyone at the Chair for genuinely caring and making things right. Original Review: Unfortunately I won't be coming back. My stylist was a really really lovely person and did a fabulous job on my bangs but I asked for 2 inches max off my length and at least 3-4 have been cut off my long hair. 2 inches was all I wanted at a maximum because I have very long hair and struggle to feel myself without it but wanted a refresh. I also asked for small beach waves for styling and got a princess curly hairdo instead- not me and not what I asked for at all, and I had photos in tow as an example of what I wanted and just wasn't what I got. I ended up going home and restyling it myself. The cut itself is nice (barring the extra length cut off which I'm not happy about) but for £78 I can't fathom that what I got is what I paid for. A pity, as I came here after having a few bad experiences too.

I went to The Chair 2 weeks ago and left not entirely happy, as I found many split ends after the appointment. When I left an in-depth review (3 stars) they contacted me asking if I was available for another appointment for a free cut & blow dry to fix the problem. Today I came back for my appointment and they were lovely. They really cleared up any miscommunication between me, the client, and my Hairdresser, Amber, and Amber did a beautiful job. Katie, the owner, also came and talked to me to make sure everything went well and I left with no visible split ends and a gorgeous hairstyle. Thank you, Thank you to my amazing hairdressers…..they have worked so hard to get my hair to the ‘right’ blonde for me. I am really fussy and find it hard to get the right colour but they are truly fantastic at what they do! I can’t thank you enough….I LOVE IT!!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a wax after meeting Sabi! I was looking for somewhere to go to have a Hollywood wax for the first time, after reading her Google reviews I was sold. Sabi really does look after you, she is friendly and kind and she does all she can to make you feel comfortable during your treatment. Sabi makes what could be considered an “intimidating” treatment a completely easy experience. I’d recommend Sabi every single time!

Been visit Sabi for a year for my waxing and couldn’t recommend her more! Brilliant customer service she gets to know you and your preferences, remembers to ask about topics you’ve previously spoken about and makes you feel at ease during her service. I always feel comfortable during the treatment and know that I’m in good hands - Sabi’s attention to detail is like no other, she will ensure you leave with smooth skin and teach you how to look after your skin between waxes :)

Would highly recommend Zucchi hair design. I have tried many salons within the Sevenoaks area and wish I had discovered Zucchi sooner. The standard of hairdressing is really high; they are extremely knowledgeable and give you great advice about what will work well for you and your hair type (not just blindly doing what you asked for). Jazz has done my hair twice now and it’s clear they’re not only a brilliant stylist with integrity, but also take a great deal of pride in their work. Pricing is also very competitive for the area so would highly recommend this salon to others.

Zucchi is a lovely salon and all staff are very friendly, professional and experienced. You are always felt very welcome at the salon. Clarise is amazing in the way that she is able to listen and interpret what her clients want. She really cares whether customers are happy and nothing is too much trouble. There is a lovely ambiance in the salon and it’s always a pleasure to spend a few hours in there!

I have visited twice in the last week and had 4 treatments. The first visit was for an exfoliating treatment followed by a full body massage with Karita. I had managed to book my treatments for the hottest day of the year but the room was a comfortable temperature and Karita made me feel at ease throughout. The products used felt very luxurious and it felt like a real treat. I went again for a facial followed by lash lift & tint with Madison. The facial was very relaxing and again such a treat! The eyelash perm & tint was the most comfortable time I've ever had this treatment. Although perming solution is never a pleasant smell my eyes weren't irritated and I didn't have any discomfort as I've had at other salons. I'm so pleased with my lashes! I was given a few samples of the products used in the facial to take home. They also offer a loyalty stamp card and when you have collected 10 stamps you receive 10% off.

Had high and lowlights with Danielle. She was fantastic. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and the results are just what I wanted. There was no pain which sadly I had become accustomed to with my old hairdresser. It was a lovely relaxing experience with a very talented hairdresser. I will be back. Thank you 😊
