I had my hair cut and highlighted by Maddy today. It was a brilliant experience, the salon was so friendly and had a great atmosphere. I felt pampered with choice of drink and cookies! Absolutely thrilled with my hair colour and cut, Maddy spent time discussing it with me and was very efficient and professional. My hair feels and smells so good. Will definitely be back again.

This salon is lovely! The amenities are nice and they always offer you tea or coffee! Josh is amazing and I commute across London to have him tend to my wavy hair. He is very friendly and I always enjoy coming in. Thank you Hair Movement!

I found this salon through google with their highly rated reviews so I decided to give it a go and it definitely did not disappoint me at all! This was my first time in the hair movement and I could not recommend enough how lovely my experience was with the stylist - Josh. He was very welcoming and helpful, making sure what was best for my hair and I could not recommend him enough! He clearly understood what my needs were and explained to me step by step how I could achieve my dream hair in the consultation before getting my hair done - and after showing him inspiration photos, he managed to perfect my ideal hair colour and went above and beyond during each step of my hair process, taking time and precision into consideration. Thank you for such a lovely experience in this salon and will now be my go-to salon for hair appointments! ❤️

Had my first (of many) appointment with Shannon this morning. The cabin is very tastefully decorated with a 'comfortable' feel to it. I was greeted by 2 happy faces when I entered. One being Shannon and the other I guess was the beautician. Yes there is also a beauty service available too! So I walked in looking totally bedraggled, with long curly hair and explained that I wanted it all chopped off into a graduated Bob. Shannon was very informative on my hair type and advising on the negatives and positives of having this hairstyle. So we went ahead with the plan. Am I glad I did! Her precision cutting and blow drying skills are second to none..... and I've been to a lot of hairdressers in my time! Outshining even the supposed 'Directors' at very expensive salons. Would I go back? My next appointment is already booked!!!!

Been visit Sabi for a year for my waxing and couldn’t recommend her more! Brilliant customer service she gets to know you and your preferences, remembers to ask about topics you’ve previously spoken about and makes you feel at ease during her service. I always feel comfortable during the treatment and know that I’m in good hands - Sabi’s attention to detail is like no other, she will ensure you leave with smooth skin and teach you how to look after your skin between waxes :)

My experience of McQueen Hair and Beauty Salon, Tunbridge Wells was the best I have had. From the fact they phoned me back when I tried to call to book an appointment to the experience in the salon I can only give them 5 stars. I wish there were more. Si is an outstanding expert in his field. Three days later, I love the cut just as I did when he finished, and I can't wait to go back for a full head of colour.

Would highly recommend this wonderful Salon situated very conveniently in Fenwick's department store. The service was outstanding-Lauren was lovely and a brilliant stylist and her colleague Si was also lovely-both were so friendly. It was my first visit but will now be a regular customer. I’d been growing out my layered bob but it just didn’t suit me & I was really unhappy with my hair. Si knew exactly what to recommend & although I was apprehensive about going much shorter, I’m absolutely delighted with my new hairstyle! I couldn’t recommend Si highly enough & he’s a sweetheart too!

After having negative experiences in the past, Lauren H restored my faith in hairstylists. She genuinely cares about my hair. It was refreshing to find a professional who was able to tell me what worked for me and what didn’t. Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! If I could give a higher rating I would. Charmaine is amazing at what she does as well as being polite, professional and making it a very personal experience every time you visit. All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

Ashley has been cutting my hair for years and always does a great job. He knows how to achieve the right look for my face shape and I always leave feeling good. The salon is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Just had my hair done this evening by Dani, she was so welcoming & friendly! For someone who doesn't get their hair done very often the whole atmosphere was so relaxing! Gorgeous salon as well, it just adds to the luxury feel of it all! & ofcourse, over the moon with my hair booked back in straight away before I left!💗✨️

I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Ash for a couple of years now. Despite never knowing what I want going in, I always come out feeling more confident and much better about my hair. Happy to travel the distance every time to get my hair cut by someone who knows what I want done due to his wealth of experience.

Just lovely,always a warm welcome with shelly and a relaxing lovely couple of hours giving me a lovely set of classic lashes whilst relaxing on a lovely warm bed. Love them and such a treat!

Danielle did an amazing job on my cantankerous wavy curly hair. Great cut which means I can care for it myself. She took time to find out what I would really like. She was friendly and interesting to talk to. A lovely relaxing yet professional treat. I’m coming back

I have visited twice in the last week and had 4 treatments. The first visit was for an exfoliating treatment followed by a full body massage with Karita. I had managed to book my treatments for the hottest day of the year but the room was a comfortable temperature and Karita made me feel at ease throughout. The products used felt very luxurious and it felt like a real treat. I went again for a facial followed by lash lift & tint with Madison. The facial was very relaxing and again such a treat! The eyelash perm & tint was the most comfortable time I've ever had this treatment. Although perming solution is never a pleasant smell my eyes weren't irritated and I didn't have any discomfort as I've had at other salons. I'm so pleased with my lashes! I was given a few samples of the products used in the facial to take home. They also offer a loyalty stamp card and when you have collected 10 stamps you receive 10% off.

Had high and lowlights with Danielle. She was fantastic. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and the results are just what I wanted. There was no pain which sadly I had become accustomed to with my old hairdresser. It was a lovely relaxing experience with a very talented hairdresser. I will be back. Thank you 😊

I have just visited this place for the first time and was very impressed. The atmosphere in the salon is very pleasant and Holly took time to discuss my needs. I was very happy with the cut she gave me too. Looking forward to my next visit. I would definitely recommend this hairdressers.

Such a great place for my daughter to have her first haircut in a ladies salon. It's trendy and current without being pretentious. Cara was patient, kind and totally understood how nervous my daughter was with her long hair and wanting it cut just so. We will definitely be back.

Shelley has an eye for detail and took care to check we were both happy with results. After care advice given and helpful recommendations for other products I may find beneficial (and have since purchased and been very impressed with) with no agenda/pressure.
