Had a facial with Alicia and it is the most relaxing experience and leaves your skin feeling wonderful. You get a neck, shoulder and head massage too which is divine! She has magic hands! Would highly recommend!

I have been a returning customer since just after Lily opened. The staff and treatments get better and better and I always look forward to my next treatment. Going to Lily's is always enjoyable, from arrival when you're offered a drink and made to feel welcome to your treatment (always exactly what I wanted - I never leave wishing I'd chosen a different nail colour or facial experience, etc.) to when I'm getting ready to leave and have my loyalty card stamped for a discount in the future. All of the staff are lovely and go out of their way to remember my name and ask about my children. It's like visiting friends.
