Just had THE best haircut of my life with Zara! She was so lovely and it was clear straight away that she knows loads about hair. She shared her thoughts with me when I wasn't sure what I wanted and I completely trusted her judgement. I've been coming to HOF Urmston for several years and have had many different hairdressers and I have only ever had good experiences!

So happy with the service at this salon. Especially Zara who cut and styled my hair. She did an excellent job, very happy and will not go anywhere else in the future

Absolutely incredible experience! I cannot recommend this highly enough! It was my first time at the salon and definitely won’t be my last! Annie gave me full head highlights and lowlights with a root smudge, and she also cut me a new style too. She also gave helpful advice when I wasn’t 100% on what exactly I was asking for. She was absolutely brilliant - super attentive and friendly - and the result is even better than I was expecting. I will certainly be returning 💚.

I had the most amazing balayage experience at House of Finesse this Wednesday, thanks to the talented duo, Abby and Alyce! From start to finish, they made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. Abby took the time to really understand what I wanted and gave me the perfect blend of highlights, ensuring a natural, sun-kissed look. The results exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is so inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. I’m beyond thrilled with my new hair and can't recommend Abby and Alyce enough for anyone looking for stunning balayage!

Had a wonderful experience in my colouring session. I went there for my appointment with my baby, they gave me a private quite room so that me and my baby had privacy during the whole session. The lady dasty who did my hair colour was a very wonderful lady, did exactly the same colour which I showed her in the picture. All the staffs including the honour were very nice and warm. They all made sure that I dont face any problem with my baby. I highly recommend the salon because of their good work and behaviour. Cant be happy enough!! Keep up the good work team!

Daniela is a true professional! She took the time to explain the procedure (lip fillers) and talked and reassured me through the whole process. Overall I had 3 visits at hers, the first is a chat and get to know each other, second is the filler itself and 3rd is for top up if necessary. The results are fabulous and I will be visiting her again for sure!

I've used this salon since lockdown 2020, a 'highend' salon in the city centre charged me the earth to wreck my hair, cutting crew was recommended by the local girls in Hulme & Old Trafford.... and i've never looked back! The staff are all brilliant in their skills & trade, friendly, professional, like being with friends at every appointment. Always ready with advise for any style & colour and the prices are very affordable for all. Parking is in the side streets and its on a main bus route if needed, very accessible and clean. You wont be dissappointed, every staff member is there is a credit to our community. The shop has 25 years service, that in itself is evidence of sustained excellence, may they reign for another 25!!

I had my hair done yesterday by Kateryna and I’m absolutely over the moon with how it turned out! I had been growing out my bleach for over a year and was finally ready to have my hair all one colour (my natural colour). Kateryna was absolutely excellent at explaining what she would do in both my consultation and in my actual appointment and she did an amazing job with my hair cut and dye. Farah, Farah’s mum and Aunty are the most amazing people I have come across. I did a hair and make-up course. At first I was really nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable and gave me so much support which no one ever has. It was really fun, relaxed, professional and supportive training course. Farah didn’t rush me into anything, most understanding and kind hearted soul I’ve come across. Farah was my teacher, but it did not feel like a teacher and student course, I think that says it all. I would like to say once more time to Farah, Farah’s mum and Aunty thank you so much for your time and effort with everything. I had amazing 4 days which never will be forgotten. I will never forget where I started from where I get to because of the support and amazing people. 💗💗💗

I had my hair and make up done by the lovely ladies at Glam Academy and I can honestly say they are amazing at what they do. I had no idea of how I wanted my hair and make up, all I had was a picture of the dress I was wearing to the ball I was attending. The ladies were so sweet and spent time talking about styles that would suit. I have never looked so lovely in my life and my make up lasted all night. Thank you so much xx

I brought my mother and mother in law all the way from Birmingham for a morrocan hamam and a full body massage. It was such an amazing experience, my family loved it here and are planning to come again! The atmosphere was perfect and the attention to detail was amazing, we felt welcome and well looked after. I went to get a full leg wax, I see the recent menu reviews about waxing here but it was very very good. The person who works me was called Farah or Farha, I'm not really sure but she was really good and really friendly the entire atmosphere was really nice and sweet and made me feel so comfortable and at home. My skin is very sensitive so she went slower and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. She was very detailed oriented and made sure nothing was left. For someone like me who hasn't been able to find a good place to go for a wax in a long time this place was perfect I will go again and I recommend to anyone who's looking
