I absolutely love Cheryl her level of knowledge & professionalism is outstanding, my hair has never looked so good in all my life, everyone says how great my hair looks now. Cheryl is super friendly & gives you the best advice, I feel 110% at ease with Cheryl. You get the whole salon experience & feel well looked after . The salon is immaculate & fully stocked with the best products! To add all the girls are really friendly & are very good at their jobs , hence why the salon is always busy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am new to Saks, having left my usual hairdresser due to distance of travel to see her. Saks is closer to where I live with plenty of parking and convenient opening hours. I have been so impressed with the service I received from Cheryl and her team! They all made me feel welcome and relaxed. Cheryl was extremely professional and carefully listened to what I wanted. She gave me various options for a colour, cut and blow dry. I was so impressed with the final result and will 100% be recommending my family and friends to come here. Thanks very much!

Delayed review as I thought I’d posted it sooner. - I’ve been having hair extensions fitted and maintained every 6 weeks for about 6 months now with Melissa. The colour match was spot on and condition of my hair has never been better. She is an excellent and knowledgeable stylist as are all the ladies in the salon. Not to mention how convenient it is after the gym to get your hair done or nails with Emma.

I take my 2 year old here and the staff are extremely good with him. He is not fond of having his haircut and they put him at ease and work quickly. Happy

Had a lovely experience with Amy who did my cut and blow dry. She did a fab job, was really friendly and took her time despite me having lots of thick hair to dry!! I haven’t been able to find a hairdressers I like and want to stick to so far, but I will return here as I really like the atmosphere. Amy even lent me her tyre pump when I came out to find my tyre flat!! 5 stars x

I had the most amazing balayage experience at House of Finesse this Wednesday, thanks to the talented duo, Abby and Alyce! From start to finish, they made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. Abby took the time to really understand what I wanted and gave me the perfect blend of highlights, ensuring a natural, sun-kissed look. The results exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is so inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. I’m beyond thrilled with my new hair and can't recommend Abby and Alyce enough for anyone looking for stunning balayage!

Zara is fantastic, I came into the salon with very long challenging hair wanting to have a lot cut off. She knew exactly what I wanted during the initial consultation and I left with the perfect hair cut. Her attention to detail is amazing, and I already can’t wait to go back and see her again

Before coming to Beverley Alexandra I was really nervous about going lighter with my hair after having bad experiences in the past. The girls made me feel really relaxed and comfortable and reassured me and were there to answer any question I had. After a thorough discussion I was less nervous and looking forward to going lighter. The results were amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Wow! Just wow! The staff in this salon are out of this World. Very professional and welcoming, the knowledge they have to inform you about your own hair it’s fantastic! Who knew hair could be so technical? Amy, Katie and Beverley are all fantastic at what they do and they all should be very proud. Over the last 8 years that I have been going to the hair salon I’ve never had anything but great experiences. The atmosphere as soon as you enter the shop is warming. The girls are friendly and inviting and always offer refreshments. I have both my hair styled and eyebrows waxed every visit. The cut is always on trend and comes with a consultation. I purchase my products at the salon also which is simple and convenient. Great service, surroundings and staff make it simple to return month after month. The price suits my budget and more than anything I enjoy it so why change... I’d recommend the experience to anyone....
