Firstly she was very welcoming and full of warm energy, great attention to detail regarding my hair texture - mine is mixed curly hair. Provides genuine and supportive advice when deciding what style i wanted to try and based on where I want to go with my hair journey in the future. Came to Nicci feeling bored of my hair and desperate for a change. We spoke about adding some colour and depth whilst maintaining the black as much as possible.
