Today I had my hair cut and styled by Thomasina for the first time. My hair is awfully fine, and thin and I have experienced a few bad cuts previously. Although I was nervous, I went with a Pinboard of what look I was trying to achieve. Thomasina was lovely, made me feel comfortable, and what’s more, gave me a fabulous cut which I am over the moon with. I love it, and my friends and family love it too. Thomasina will now continue to have my custom. I highly recommend her.

Thomasina is the best. She is the only hairdresser who can cut my hair right. Great prifessional staff, very friendly and excellent skills and advice. Customer service is outstanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Found this salon via TikTok after seeing the treatments on damaged toe nails! The salon is lovely and I was made to feel really comfortable when receiving my treatment. The treatment for damaged toe nails was also done in a separate room which I thought was really nice to, especially for anyone feeling self conscious. Would definitely recommend and will be returning xx

I came for a toe nail reconstruction with Becky and she was amazing! I had a damaged toe nail for ages and was always self conscious because of it. Becky was really attentive and explained everything step by step! I was really happy with my reconstructed toe nail thanks so much xx

Such a lovely salon ! Can not recommend enough they have the loveliest ladies working there that make you feel so comfortable. I had the toe nail reconstruction done and it’s honestly boosted my confidence to be able to wear whatever shoes I want now. They last , there’s no pain or uncomfortable feeling and got so many compliments on my nails. Can not recommend the LIT nail salon enough❤️❤️

I think you can see the photos speak for themselves! I had trouble with my toes ever since I damaged them during many years of skiing and walking, such a great experience and felt so happy with the results, will be back for my wedding toes next year! On a side note I also feel like it helped with ingrown toe nails too! I traveled about 45 min to the salon but was well worth a visit thankyou again! :)

I came in for shellac removal and a full set of acrylics with shellac overlay. Jolene is lovely and took her time to prep my nails so that my acrylics would last as well as possible, she pays great attention to detail! The selection of colours for both shellac and ordinary polish is fab, and they have every colour glitter you could possibly want. My nails are the perfect shape and have lasted really well. You're really made to feel welcome in this salon, the staff are so friendly and refreshments are offered. I will most definitely be coming back. Thanks so much!

Wow!! I am unbelievably impressed with Ms Jolene. Such a professional!! This was my first appointment and I will definitely be returning. The consultation was thorough and informative, everything that was done was explained in detail and for the first time EVER, I felt relaxed and well looked after. Thank you a million times over. The staff here are always incredibly lovely and friendly. The facials and massages are incredible! And when I'm unsure about what my skin needs, the staff have an incredible knowledge of the products and benefits of each treatment. Whenever I am there I can't help myself having a look at the clothes they sell there too. Lovely collection and I have treated myself quite a bit in that shop!!

I love the cut iv had yesterday a great professional cut and layers. These people are professional and friendly and make you welcome when you arrive. The first time I have visited this salon and was very impressed. All staff are very friendly, and helpful. I have recently had a back op so sitting is uncomfortable for long periods. The staff went out of there way to ensure I was comfortable at all times. Gina has worked miracles on my hair, obviously not been cut and coloured since before my op, it was in desperate need of TLC. Gina did an amazing job, she has transformed my hair, and went above and beyond, I am so pleased with results. I am getting compliments by all my friends. Thank you all so much. First time at the salon (my hairdresser retired). Wow!!! Full consultation before anything was carried out. Professional, regular checkins and letting me know what was being done throughout the treatments (colours (permanent and semi) and a cut and blow). Friendly , chatty, funny. The owner, Sam, is also highly sought after by celebrities and fashion houses for her amazing make up looks. Book an appointment there, you won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of going to The Glam Box for a makeover before a photoshoot and it was such an enjoyable experience. Sam did my makeup and she was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone who works there seems so happy - looks like a lovely work environment! The overall look was incredible and you can see all Sam's experience and work in the make up world come through in the quality looks that she produces. The products they use are all top quality and everything was super clean and hygienic. Can't wait to go again! Thank you!

My daughters & I had our makeup done for a special wedding event and have to say we all felt very GLAM indeed.  We picked up tips along the way watching how it was applied by the very talented Glam team. Our makeup lasted for the full day & night and looked fabulous !  I had never had my makeup professionally applied before 100% but will be booking again. Thanks for making us all feel so special xx

Sam is an absolute dream! Had my make up done by her a few times and knew I needed her to do my wedding makeup, I couldn’t have trusted anyone else. Although my wedding never happened, Sam was brilliant and so helpful in sorting it all out. Make up skills aside, she’s such a lovely person and her salon is just gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Every time I need a haircut I travel all the way from Liverpool to Radcliffe to cut my hair in Impress Hair Studio. I have been coming to this barber shop for last 3 years and I have always received an excellent five star hair cut.
